Based on the chart analysis, gold is currently in a downtrend and appears to be strongly bearish. However, it is still holding at the H4-H1 support level and has not yet broken through it. This area is considered high risk because there have been multiple touches on the left side, indicating that gold may be poised to break down further as this support level is no longer fresh. Therefore, it is advisable to wait for the next candle to close to assess its condition before making any position entries.
Our first buy zone is at the H4-H1 support level of 3963, and our second buy zone is at the daily-H4 support level of 3932.
