Elections for the 8th President of the Great Prussian National Assembly were held! Three independent deputies were nominated: - Alastair Eugen von Ypsilanti, with his program of gradual reform, based on tradition; - Rosa von Luxemburg, with her principle of absolute neutrality; - Michael von Phocas, with his plan to implement numerous innovations in the rules of procedure of the National Assembly. In preparation for the elections, the Head of the Electoral Commission organized debates between the candidates, during which they and the voters could discuss the declared programs and get answers about their implementation. By the time the election was over, the votes for the candidates were distributed as follows: 1) Alastair Eugen von Ypsilanti - 10 votes (63%) 2) Rosa von Luxemburg - 5 votes (31%) 3) Michael von Phocas - 1 vote (6%) Congratulations to Alastair Eugen von Ypsilanti on his well-deserved victory and to the 6th convocation of the Great Prussian National Assembly on the start of its work! Kasper Remilius Hekmatyar (Inverell) is posthumously pardoned by Her Majesty for his sincere repentance and acknowledgement of his mistakes, and for accepting the will of the King of Great Prussia and his father. He is cleared of all past charges and restored recognition of his noble status, as well as all titles except that of Prince of Iberia, which the Royal Family received through Roberto Hekmatyar's will. The government is negotiating with Asturias, where Kasper Remilius was buried, for the exhumation of his remains and burial in the Hekmatyar family crypt in Preussisch-Eylau. In 2021, Kasper Remilius was stripped of his noble status, all titles and the right to bear the surname Hekmatyar at the request of his father Roberto, and for repeated instances of lying, slander, direct threats and harm to the Crown of Great Prussia. In his dying will, he asked forgiveness of all his enemies, and recognised Roberto as the legitimate heir to the Iberian Empire and all his decrees as head of the family.

Her Majesty has accepted the resignation of the Minister of Economy. Otto Edler von Forgelung has resigned as Minister of Economy. Her Majesty signed a decree restricting the succession to the throne to the children of her marriage with Layet von Nedriss. Minister of Information Jekabs Žankowska has been removed from his post and declared a traitor to the Monarchy. According to the text of Her Majesty's decree, Jekabs was found guilty of secretly working for a third party and of unauthorized resignation from the service with feigned incapacity. Also, for violating his oath and sabotaging the work of the state apparatus, Ekabs is declared a traitor to the Monarchy. Her Sereneness Semilia Fürstin von Sternau-Ypsilanti, Duchess of Österbotten, has been appointed temporary acting Minister of Information. If no other candidate is chosen within a month, Her Sereneness will assume the position of Minister on a permanent basis.

CHANGING THE PRINCIPLES OF DEEP RECONNAISSANCE AND THE WELFARE OF THE INHABITANTS OF GREAT PRUSSIA BY OTTO EDLER VON FORGELUNG, MINISTER OF ECONOMICS AND ULRICH EDLER VON SCHWANDORF. EXPLANATORY NOTE: Most of the resources spent on deep exploration (hereafter referred to as DE) are spent inefficiently due to the territorial disparity of gold production by the inhabitants of the Monarchy. Therefore, the proposed methods will not only maintain the high importance of DE as an incentive for daily work and increase the income of the residents of the Monarchy, but also increase income and reduce the cost of the state to achieve this goal. The main problem solved by the above changes is to optimize the cost of the resources of the state required for the implementation of DE and to implement a flexible system for the implementation of DE to maintain and increase the income of the Monarchy and its residents. MAIN CHANGES: 1. Establish a system of flexible income taxation as an additional measure to regulate the attractiveness of regions. Decide that the Ministry may change the income tax on a daily basis in a range of values from 10% to 50% in increments of 10% with obligatory informing the residents of the Monarchy and Kriegsmacht soldiers. 2. To set the income tax in Ingermanland at 30%. 3. Decide that the Ministry may reduce the amount of DE in cases where the region's reserves are emptied too quickly, until they are needed to cover the region completely. CONCLUSIONS: The main method of the proposed changes is to regulate the attractiveness of the region for daily work and equalize the territorial disproportion. This will lead to increased efficiency for both residents (more flexible consideration of their activities and interests) and the state (expected active internal labor migration and flexible taxation system, reduction of irrational DE measures). In case of irrational labor behavior of residents (obviously inefficient work in the processing regions), the state will receive an additional tax, and residents will receive an additional incentive to actively move to economically more profitable regions. This measure should be provided with mandatory information and informational assistance.
