ለምን አስፈለገ? 1. ለጨረታ አዘጋጅ (Client/Owner):   - ሁሉንም ጨረታዎች በደንብ ለመመርመር፣     - ውድድርን ለማካሄድ፣ - እና ለማሸነፍ የታሰበውን ጨረታ አለመቀየሩን ለማረጋገጥ ያስፈልጋል። 2. ለጨረታ ሰጭ (Bidder): በዚህ ጊዜ ውስጥ የጨረታውን ውድድር ሳይለወጥ እንዲጠብቅ ቃል ይገባል። ዋጋውን ሊቀይር አይችልም። መደበኛው ጊዜ ምን ያህል ነው? - በኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ለኮንስትራክሽን ፕሮጀክቶች፣ የጨረታ ፀንቶ የሚቆይበት ጊዜ በፕሮጀክቱ መጠን እና ውስብስብነት ላይ የተመሰረተ ነው። - በአብዛኛው ከ 90 (ዘጠና ) ቀናት እስከ 120 (መቶ ሃያ) ቀናት ድረስ ይወሰናል። - ለትላልቅ ፕሮጀክቶች (megaprojects) እስከ 180 (መቶ ሰማንያ) ቀናት ሊበልጥ ይችላል።

አስፈላጊነቱ :-

- ጨረታ ሰጩ ይህን ጊዜ ካላከበረ(ለምሳሌ ዋጋውን ቢቀይር ወይም ጨረታውን ቢሰብር)፣ የጨረታ ዋስትና (Bid Bond) ይወሰዳል። ይህ ለኩባንያው ትልቅ የገንዘብ ኪሳራ ሊያስከትል ይችላል። ትርጉም / Explanation of Key Terms - ጨረታ ፀንቶ የሚቆይበት ቀን / Bid Validity Period: ጨረታው "ሕያው" እና ተቀባይነት ያለው የሚቆይበት ጊዜ። - ጨረታ ሰጭ / Bidder: ፕሮጀክቱን ለማከናወን የሚጨርቅ ኩባንያ። - ጨረታ አዘጋጅ / Client/Owner/Employer: ፕሮጀክቱን የሚፈጽም (ለምሳሌ፡ መንግሥት፣ የግል ባለቤት)። - የጨረታ ዋስትና / Bid Bond / Bid Security: ጨረታ ሰጩ የጨረታውን ቃል እንደሚጠብቅ የሚያረጋግጥ የገንዘብ ዋስትና (ብዙም ሆኖ የባንክ ጋራንቲ)። ቃሉን ካልጠበቀ ይወሰዳል። - የጨረታ መግለጫ ቀን / Bid Opening Date: የተለማመዱት ጨረታዎች በህዝብ ፊት የሚከፈትበት ቀን፣ ከዚህ ቀን ጀምሮ የጨረታ ፀንቶ የሚቆይበት ጊዜ ይቆጠራል።

ለንግዱ ማህበረሰብ እና አዲስ ንግድ ፍቃድ ለማውጣት ለምትፈልጉ ዜጎች ። በቀጣይ የምሰጠው መረጃ ገንዘብ ከፍላችሁ የማታገኙን ስለሆነ በደንብ ከታዩት መልካም ነው። ትላንት አንድ የአ.አ ገቢዎች ቢሮ የታዘብኩት ነገር ቢኖር ከ5እና 6 ያለነሱ ግብር ከፋዮች በአጥር ጥግ እየሆኑ ለብቻ ለብቻ እንባ አውጥተው ሲያለቅሱ ተመልክቼ ምክንያታቸውን ስጠይቅ የመጣብኝ ግብር በፍፁም ልከፍለው አልችልም ቤተሰቤ ሊበተን ነው አንዴት መክፈል እችላለሁ ? እንዴት ንግድ ፍቃድ መመለስ እችላለሁ የሚሉ ድምፆችን አስምተውኛል። በእውነቱ ዜጎች እንደዚህ ሲጨነቁ መመልከት እጅጉን አሳሳቢ ነው። የእኔ ምክር የሂሳብ መዝገብ ለምትይዙ ነጋዴዎች። 1 የባንክ አካወታችሁ ላይ በፍፁም ከሽያጭ ውጭ ምንም ገንዘብ እንዳይገባ መጠንቀቅ አለባችሁ ተሳስቶ እንኳን ሰው ብር ቢልክላችሁ ከባድ ነው ነው የብሩን ምንጭ ትጠያቃላችሁ + ለተገዛው እቃ በሙሉ ከሂሳባችሁ መከፈል አለበት። ለምሳሌ በባንክ አካውንታችሁ 100,000 ብር ቢገባ ገቢዎች 100,000*35% =35,000 ብር ግብር ይጠይቃሉ ። 2 ሽያጫችሁ በትንሹ 21% ትርፍ ሊኖረው ይገባል ። ለምሳሌ አንድን ዕቃ በ100 ገዝታችሁ ከሆነ በትንሹ በ121 ብር መሸጥ ይኖርባችኋል ይህ ሳይሆን ቀርቶ በ100 ብር ገዝታችሁ በ110 ብር ብትሸጡ ገቢዎች 121_110=10*35% 3.5 እያንዳንዱ ሽያጭ ላይ ግብር ይጠይቃል ። 3 ብድር ከሌላ ሰው ስትበደሩ በውልና ማስረጃ መሆን አለበት አንድ ሰው በሰፈር ውል 1ሚሊዮን ብር ቢበደር መንግስት 1,000,000*35%=350,000 ብር ግብር ይጠይቃል ። 4 ዓመታዊ ጠቅላላ ሽያጭ ላይ የሚጣለው ትንሹ ግብር 2.5% መሆኑን አውቃችሁ እራሳችሁን ማዘጋጀት ይኖርባችኋል በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ህግ መክሰር ያስቀጣል ። ለምሳሌ ድርጅታችሁ አመታዊ ሽያጭ 2ሚሊዮን ሆኖ 100,000 ብር ቢከስር 2,000,000*2.5%=50,000 ብር ግብር ትከፍላለችሁ። 5 ለንግዱ ከአወጣችሁት አስተዳደር ወጪዎች ውስጥ ኦዲተሮች 35% ውድቅ ማድረግ ይችላሉ ። ለምሳሌ በአመት ውስጥ ለንግዱ የወጣው ወጪ 100,000 ቢሆን ምንም እንኳን ደረሰኝ ቢኖረውም 35,000 ብሩን ውድቅ በማድረግ 35,000*35%=12,500 ተጨማሪ ግብር መጠየቅ ይችላል ። 6 ከሰው የተበደራችሁት ብድር ቢኖር ለአበዳሪው ግለሰብ ስትከፍሉ በስሙ በባንክ መክፈል ይኖርባችኋል ። ምሳሌ አንድ ነጋዴ ከቤተሰቡ ወይም ከወዳጆቹ 1ሚሊዮን ተበድሮ ከሆነ እና በዓመቱ 600,000 ቢከፍል 600,000 በባንክ መሆን አለበት ከአልሆነ ግን በተለያየ ጊዜ በካሽ ቢከፍል ውድቅ ተደርጎ በ600,000*35%=210,000 ብር ግብር ይከፍላል ። 6 አንድ ነጋዴ ከራሱ ሂሳብ ገንዘብ በዓመቱ ማውጣት የሚችለው የትርፉን መጠን ብቻ ነው። ምሳሌ አንድ ነጋዴ በዚህ ዓመት የተጣራ ተርፍ 400,000 ቢኖራው እና በሂሳቡ ላይ ከሽያጭ የተገኘ ገንዘብ 1,000,000 ቢኖረው አስቻኳይ ነገር ቢያጋጥመው 400,000 ብር ብቻ ማውጣት ይችላል 500,000 ብር ቢያወጣ 500,000_400,000=100,000*35%=35,000 ግብር ይከፍላል ። 7 outstanding inventory =( beginning + total purchase ) _ total sales ከአልሆነ እያንዳንዱን inventory ዝርዝር ማቅረብ ግዴታችሁ ነው። 8 አንዳዴ አልፎ አልፎ Lifo Fifo Average የሚባሉትም ልትጠየቁ ትችላላችሁ ነገር ግን አብዛኞቹ የኢትዮጵያ ነጋዴዎች Average ስለሚጠቀሙ እረኛው ብዙ አሳሳቢ አይደለም። Via Eliana Firew እንዴት ነው የምንዛለቀው 🤔🤔🤔🤔
