They are also applying to strike out our application. Luckily the Registrar agreed with us and will be hearing the Application for Costs hearing together with the Strike Out Application which we may apply for an injection if they anyhowly strike. 😊😊😊 I also told the court that this matter is urgent because as long as HSA continue to have the WRONG (in my opinion) understanding of the law, people will continue to die. Updates on HSA Lawsuit 3 July 2024 All Systems Go. Dear all, We have received a full and complete reply from the court regarding how they know the 3 AGCs involved. Turns out Raymond Ng had in an earlier communication cc'ed the 3 AGCs and this was how the court knew it was them. He had overlooked this email. He has since apologised for overlooking this. I'm very impressed with the thoroughness of the court's review and reply and we are very happy to report that the court officer also states there are No Private Communications between the court and the 3 AGCs involved. The other good news is that Our Application for Costs to HSA has finally been accepted by the Court for now!!! Please note that this does not mean that we have been awarded costs but that our application has finally been accepted and will be considered moving on. We are thus "All Systems Go" for this coming Friday 5 July 10am Supreme Court Admin hearing and welcome supporters who would like to be there to be updated on the latest updates as they come.
