Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a RIDE that i was not expecting. I went into it completely blind without any prior knowledge of any plot points (despite it being such a classic) and i adored it. I was captivated by the character of jane and her will and determination. Shes such a whimsical, dramatic person and i love her. I loved how she stood on business lol and didnt let anything or anyone force her into things she did not want even if she loved them. I think she deserved much better than mr. Rochester but he was an alright love interest in the end. (Eventhough he was trying to gaslight her for like half of the book). Anyways. Fun read though it took forever because i was in a massive reading slump.

Its so hot outside that i havent touched grass after finishing exams yet
