IMP Update Dear members, first and foremost we would like to say a massive thank you for patience and professionalism. We are pleased to announce that the i100 plan is now finalised. We have added an additional option to make this process simple and efficient for all of our members. You can now also choose to convert your i100 into loyalty points. The process will go as followed: 1) In order to execute the i100 plan, we need to settle all pending i100. We are currently paying the remaining i100 balances to all members who have not received. This task is expected to be completed today. 2) Once your account is settled and you have your i100. You will then be offered 3 different options based on the jurisdiction of your country. Option A) Loyalty Point Conversion Option B) SMG.TO Conversion Option C) Listing Option 3) Based on the option you select, we will email you the agreement within 72 hours. You have to sign this agreement online. Once you have signed the agreement we will be able to execute your request. Please remember to select the option must suitable for you. Think carefully and understand all options before making your final decision. Please note that the choice you make is irreversible. The deadline for this process is 19th September 2021. If you do not select an option by the deadline, all your i100 will be converted into SMG.TO Thanks i100 Team

In order to execute i100 Exit Plan, every member has two options. 1) You can convert your i100 into SMG Tokens. You will be offered 1 SMG token for each i100 in your account. 2)You can opt for the listing option, and we will list your i100 in the Open market. Please note that all SMG tokens are developed in Binance Smart Chain and you have to provide SMG Token address. You can get your wallet address by downloading our SMG.To App. For more information, please visit www.smg.to. We have provided App links on SMG.to website. For i100 Option you have to provide the ERC20 address, You can get ERC20 address either from Smart Wallet or Metamask (www.metamask.io). i100 STOs are developed on Ether Blockchain. Once you have submitted your application, our team will verify your detail and send you an agreement in the email. You have to sign the agreement and send it back to us. Once we have received your agreement, we will process your application. We will process all SMG.To Applications within one week of receiving the signed agreement, however, for i100 Applications, it will take further time to submit your application to exchange and get it processed.
