It is our concerns over these and other harmful NHS practices that principally inform our misgivings about the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill, and the suitability of entrusting the NHS with the task of establishing and facilitating an assisted suicide service in the UK. Our new paper sets out our reasons for reaching this conclusion, and other concerns we share with Families Against Involuntary Medical Euthanasia concerning the introduction of assisted suicide in the UK.
