Staring at the chart and constantly watching your trade will NOT make price move in your direction. 📊
In fact, the longer you stare, the more price can weaken your objectivity, shake your conviction, and tempt you to react emotionally to every little whipsaw.
Practical example:
I had a GOLD SELL yesterday. Constantly watching the chart made me exit a little too early. Just 5 minutes later, the major dump came. 😩
If I had simply stepped away a little longer, I would have captured the entire move.
This is why I always say:
Less chart-staring. More conviction.
Less interference. More trust in your analysis.
You don’t need to watch every candle to manage a good trade. 💯
Once your setup is valid and your risk is defined, give your trade room to breathe.
