By her third attempt, she was not just answering theoretical questions about legal procedures. She was drawing from three years of watching those procedures unfold in real courtrooms. The interview stage particularly showcased this advantage. When the panel asked about practical scenarios like executing matrimonial decrees or handling family court procedures, her answers came from actual experience, not just academic knowledge. The preparation approach that worked for her combined systematic study with practical application.

Her first attempt in 2022 was unsuccessful. She scored reasonably well in prelims but struggled in the mains examination. The second attempt taught her more about the exam pattern, but she still fell short of the final merit list. During these two years, something important was happening alongside her exam preparation. Her daily court appearances were building practical knowledge that most judiciary aspirants lack. She was learning how civil suits actually progress beyond textbook procedures. She understood how criminal cases move through different stages. Most importantly, she was seeing how judges actually conduct proceedings.

Meet Ashwini Nomula, she graduated from law school in 2022 and immediately faced the choice most law graduates encounter, which is to start practicing or prepare for government service. She decided to do both. She joined us in July 2021 for professional assistance. While her classmates either joined firms or coaching centers full-time, Ashwini started handling cases in trial courts while preparing for the Telangana Judicial Services Examination.

The difference became apparent immediately. Rather than just reading law books, he was practicing how to write clear, structured answers within time limits. More importantly, he was getting regular feedback on his performance. When he cleared the prelims and mains, the interview stage remained. This is where his eight years of legal exposure proved invaluable, but he still needed to learn how to articulate his knowledge effectively. Lov participated in ten mock interviews with our team to build confidence and refine his communication skills. Each session helped him understand how interview panels evaluate candidates. When the Chhattisgarh Judiciary results were announced, Lov had secured AIR 23. He is now posted as Civil Judge in Korba.

Meet Lov Kumar Lahare, he graduated in 2015 and immediately knew he wanted to become a judge. Like many judiciary aspirants, Lov started with enthusiasm but without a clear roadmap. He studied sporadically, attempted a few exams, and faced multiple setbacks along the way. The challenge was not lack of commitment.
