Customers may wonder when an IP gets blacklisted? An IP will be blacklisted when a high number of accounts are locked. At that time, the IP will automatically switch to a new one, and customers don't need to do anything. Some customers may encounter slow proxy issues. This is because during the switch to a new IP, the customer's device has a cache error, still accessing the old IP, causing slowness. The solution is simple, just exit the browser or app the customer is using, then reopen it, and it will recognize the new IP. P/s: There will be another major upgrade with servers in Asia to serve customers in Asia.

There is a bulk BM block storm going on. As this time it's a BM block, a large number of accounts are affected. Please wait for the storm to pass, accounts will be replaced as soon as the storm ends.

FB server is down, some customers are complaining about slow loading, some customers are experiencing errors. "Sorry, this content isn't available right now" when accessing FB ads manager and BM. This is an issue from FB. Besides waiting for Facebook to fix it, there is no other way.

Due to a Facebook system outage, some ads accounts are not being charged. We have to wait for Facebook to fix this issue, but I think they will fix it soon. Please note that this is an issue from Facebook, not from the bank or card.

Bug: "Verify your payment method to run ads" T here is a bug on Facebook requesting card verification when customers access the Facebook Ads Manager. This is a new bug from Facebook, all cards have been verified. Customers just need to click the close button at the top and then everything works normally.
