Although this channel was made to mention the names of the narrators of Ahadīth, we will begin with the best of creation, the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, due to the fact that many of the ummah are ignorant of his name and lineage which in reality is a shame upon us considering all that he did for us and how much he was concerned for us, even though he didn't meet us. This is true love so it's a must that we Muslims, especially people of the Sunnah, know his name at the very least. May Allāh bless us all with success and sincerity.

By the aid and permission of Allāh, we will mention in this channel, some of the men who Allāh ﷻ chose to protect this religion by way of. We ask Allāh to also make us from those who have been chosen to protect this religion. t.me/menofhadeeth

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. أمّا بعد: It is reported that 'Abdullāh Ibnul-Mubārak, may Allāh have mercy upon him, said: الإِسْنَادُ مِنَ الدِّينِ وَلَوْلاَ الإِسْنَادُ لَقَالَ مَنْ شَاءَ مَا شَاءَ. "The chains of narration are from the religion, and if it wasn't for the chains of narration then whoever could say whatever they wished." On the authority of (Muhammad) Ibn Sīrīn, may Allāh have mercy upon him, that he said: "They would not ask about the chains of narration, and when the fitnah occurred, they said: 'Name for us your men.' So the people of the Sunnah would be regarded, and their Hadīth were taken, and the people of innovation would be regarded, and their Hadīth were not taken." [Introduction Of Sahīh Muslim, No. 27] The knowledge of the men of Hadīth is an important topic to be learnt, and a must for the one who is studying the knowledge of Hadīth. Through this knowledge you learn the names, time periods, and conditions of the men etc., which are all important as this is how the scholars of Ahadīth find out the authenticity or weakness of the Hadīth. These men are the means through which Allāh ﷻ brought us our beautiful religion of Al-Islām today. These men sacrificed and dedicated their lives for the sake of this religion and it's very important that we recognise this sacrifice of theirs for us and know who they are. The sad reality is that we live in a time where the majority of the Muslims can name celebrities and perhaps even entire squads of sport teams but if you were to ask them about those who protected this religion, then they don't have the capability to name ten or twenty companions of the Prophet ﷺ, or five names from the students of the companions. These are the men that truly cared for us and this religion, whereas your favourite athletes don't even know that you exist and furthermore, the majority may even dislike your religion. We need to check our hearts and priorities. If there are men in this world who deserve our love it is the Prophet ﷺ, his companions, and those who spread this religion. May Allāh make us sincere and successful. We ask Allāh, Al-Karīm, to make this of great benefit for us and this nation, and a means of rectification and guidance for us all.
