Dear participant, We are conducting a research project to assess the Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice of healthcare professionals towards disasters and emergency situations. Disaster and Emergency situations includes sudden occurrence demanding immediate action that may be due to man-made or natural disasters including technological catastrophes, wars, floods, earthquake, twister and storms. Participation in this research study is voluntary, and you may choose not to participate. If you decide to participate in this research survey, you may withdraw anytime.
