Let's talk about a intuition.
Did you ever have the feeling:
"I wish I trusted my intuition"
NEWS FLASH
You did trust your intuition. And it fucked you up.
Now, before I explain this, let's start with an example.
A while back, I used to trade in the stock market.
There's a common feeling I observed in many traders:
"I knew the stock was going to go up. Should have listened to my intuition."
It happens with every trader.
Here's the thing though.
The "intuition" was confused.
It didn't know which direction to go into. So you took a random decision.
And because of your fear, you messed up.
And then you think:
"Oh my intuition told me to do otherwise"
Nope. It told you to do everything. Because it was confused. So it pushed you in every direction.
But because of your fear or lack of experience, you were doomed to hit a roadblock in every direction.
But, instead of trying to move forward, you look back at the starting point. You regret not going into the other direction.
And then you remember that internal voice that you call intuition.
You focus on the moment it said "go in x direction". While it was just 1 of the things it said. It asked you to go in a,b,c,d,...,z, direction.
Cause as we discussed, it was fucking confused.
Can you see what's happening here?
If you're not read it again.
If you did understand, what's the logical solution?
Slow down and train your intuition consciously.
By learning and acting consciously.
Learn skills, human nature, philosophy, etc. Do it consciously and act upon it consciously.
Put your intuition in the back seat and let it learn.

I had an idea recently. Not sure what inspired it, but here it is:
We're all puppets of our thoughts.
Even after we all die, our thoughts stay. They use our minds to travel around the world.
It's just in those moments of focus and meditation, that they go away. But for the rest, they control you.
You almost never know what your next thought will be.
Of course, this is just a theory. A fascinating one (at least for me).
From ever since we were born, we were fed with these thoughts. And we do out job to pass them.
That's what I am doing now. Passing my thoughts to you. Why? Cause I have created a purpose that makes my life feel meaningful to me.
Look, I am not trying to be nihilistic here.
That's not why I am writing this. Because even if nihilism is true, we're so deep down into this programming that everything feels real. The emotions feel real. Our life feels real and meaningful.
There's no denying that.
What I want you to know is, you can choose the thoughts that control you.
You can choose the thoughts that align with your self assigned purpose.
By curating the thoughts you let in.
Don't let media, movies, porn, social media, news, etc pollute your mind. Keep your mind clean.
Your thoughts are going to control you anyways. At least don't let them bring suffering into your life.

Do you often feel the regret after doing a self destructive activity?
Remember that feeling. Give it a place in your mind.
Don't try to numb it away or justify your actions. Just remember it.
The next time you're attracted towards those activities, re-live that feeling. Realize, that's exactly how you're going to feel in 10 minutes.
Don't justify by saying "it's okay". Cause it's not. The feeling will come back. You just have to accept it and you'll naturally push yourself away.

Repost from Basedonia™ - By E-go
A lot of the advice you will get will not work for you.
Especially from Twitter and/or Instagram.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing out on other creators.
Some of the advice you will get from me, will not work for you.
So it's not just about the others.
It's about everyone.
The reason is that, as you already know, I believe everyone to be a unique being.
We might be similar to each other in a few aspects but each one of us is a unique mix of experiences, biases, qualities and points of view.
So, how do you get the best from what you read online.
Rule 1: Don't believe it until you try it.
Rule 2: Don't talk about it until you try it.
Rule 3: Make sure you listen to those who live the type of life you want.
Listen:
Do not delegate your experience and thinking to some dude online.
Again, that includes me too.
A couple days ago, I told you that I wanted to make you smarter and make everyone here gain IQ points.
I need your help if this is going to happen.
I need you to become more critical and to question whatever information you're fed.
Do not take anything for face value.
Double check.
Then double check again the trustworthiness of every piece you read.
If it does not make sense to you, dig deeper.
Shed lights on whatever is too complicated.
Make sure you TRULY UNDERSTAND what you're being told.
Draw your own conclusions.
This is just a start.
Next we'll talk about making more connections and seeing patterns more quickly.
Basedonians, I know I have been a bit absent as of late.
But baby we're so fucking back.

Does NO FAP work?!
No Fap is a niche in the twitter game.
Some say it can change your life.
Others say it doesn't change anything.
And I've been asked this question many times.
I like simple things, so let's keep it simple.
If you're a man, in good health: you naturally have sexual urges.
(If you don't, there's a problem).
Every day, you will wake up with more or less strong urges and the best way to calm them down: a sexual relationship with a woman.
Masturbation?
Every man knows what it feels like to masturbate, the shame and often the self-loathing even after ending up in a handkerchief.
There is a period of emotional clarity after the orgasm, the Japanese even have a word for it: kenjataimu. This moment when we feel like we are unmotivated and as if we understand better our primary needs.
Sexual intercourse?
Sometimes you can feel "bad" after sex, especially after a purely physical relationship. But if you're with a woman you feel good about, the relationship will put you in a good mood and improve your quality of life.
--> In summary, having sex with a woman with whom you have a healthy balance is the best natural way to satisfy your needs.
This brings us to how to get a woman?
Since the beginning of time :
- Having an athletic body (that means for her that you are able to defend her)
- Being healthy (you will be there to raise the child)
- aving resources (her child will not lack anything).
By remaining in a period of NO FAP, you will naturally do things to please women since you will want to seduce:
- work out
- improve your appearance
- work on your skills to gain resources
...
The universe operates in a very specific order and there is no escaping the biological laws. It's as if it's providing you with the necessary creative energy, a boost to accomplish your needs.
Naturally, you will work on yourself to improve and you will have the necessary motivation that will remain within you. You will desire women and to satisfy your desires, you will have to seduce one.
And to do that, you'll have to be better than the competition because they are always looking for the best partner.
And how to become better than your competitors? By improving yourself in every way.
In summary, NOFAP is a natural way to keep a high level of motivation to become a better version of yourself.
This post isn't to teach a lesson, I was young and I know how strong the urges are, especially when you're healthy.
I am only interested in the most natural functioning of the human body.
A life in accordance with our biology and our deepest desires.
It's just a perspective.
It's up to you to do what you want with it.
But before you waste your natural creative energy in a handkerchief, think twice if the trade-off between the 10 seconds of pleasure and the loss of energy is really worth it.
-----
The last post was seen more than a thousand times, I received many positive messages.
Thank you, it means a lot to me.

Yesterday I was having an interesting conversation with my friend Arthur Dias, when he said something remarkable:
"We need problems to remain engaged in the world. If we don't have them, we make them."
To add some context we were talking about how modern day problems are so ridiculous when you compare them to the problems of our ancestors.
And yet our problems feel so real.
They used to hunt for food. Stay in fear of being killed at night in their caves.
And we get depressed after a break up or small failure.
Our ancestors would mock us.
And yet, our problems feel so real.
We feel the pain.
A part of it is of course the modern day evils like social media, porn, junk food, news, etc etc.
All these "drugs" have pushed us so deep into comfort, that the second we go off plan...the second our fantasies collapse...we land into depression.
But...
There's another side to it.
Not everything is a result of modern day evils.
A part of it is internal.
It's our focus on these small problems.
When you focus so much on these small problems, they gain more power.
The self help media has corrupted your brain to believe the modern day evils are the source of all your problems.
And then, you get stuck in petty solutions.
You start with feeling depressed and end with a fancy productivity planner and organizing your work desk.
You focus so much on the 1% that you forget the 99%.
So, what's the solution?
Have better problems in life.
Stop solving problems that affect 1% of your life. Find problems that affect 99% of your life.
Think how you can build generational wealth. Think how you can get in a better shape. Think how you can have better relationships.
And realize that watching news isn't stopping you from having those. And having an organized desk isn't going to take you there.
Focus on the larger tasks. On improving your skills. On lifting heavier.
Those are the things that matter. And since you suck at it, that's your fucking problem.
Focus on them.
Focus on better problems.
Go beyond self.
Focus on how you can help others.
When you're so focused on the 99%, the 1% stops bothering you.
Think about a moment you helped someone and felt good.
You weren't bothered by the life of Kardashians. You were living the moment to its fullest.
That's how life is supposed to be.
464
In that same person, I saw the excuse:
"I can't do it"
Again, sounds ridiculous. But I could again see myself.
Justifying why it's easier for others and harder for others.
Believing life is unfair to you.
It's fucking not.
You're the only one being to unfair to you.
Zoom out, my friend. Zoom out.
464
There's a reason I wrote this post that might sound "the usual bullshit".
Today, I saw someone.
In that person, I met my old self.
Repeating pattern of excuses. Lying that this is their last time. Tomorrow they'll change.
Shouting at those who try to help them.
When you first look at it, they're being ridiculous.
But when you're in their place, you have the same feeling. You just want these mfers to stop so you can complete your web series.
This is why you need to often zoom out. Observe yourself as someone else looking at you. You'll realize how ridiculous you're being.
464
Happy Sunday
Today is an opportunity to make change.
Don't wait for Monday.
Break your excuses.
Break the pattern of failure.
Act.
Take a step towards your dreams.
If you don't start now, you'll start never.

Breaking down mental barriers.
It may seem like the battle is fought in the arena, but it all starts in your head.
A strong mind in a weak body could overcome a weak mind in a strong body.
We are human, full of doubt and each of us encounters mental barriers throughout our lives.
Three of the main ones:
- I can't do it
- I'm not good enough
- Someone else has already done it
And this Sunday, we're going to explore how to break down those three beliefs.
1) I can't do it.
The first barrier is related to self-confidence.
Before you've even tried, your mind has drawn a red line that can't be crossed.
This can be anxiety or lack of self-confidence.
I'd like to tell you that there is a magic solution, but no.
You have to do the thing that you are afraid of.
Even in behavioral therapies, progressive exposure is used to treat anxiety.
And it's the healthiest approach.
It's normal to be afraid, taking the plunge has never been easy.
You're going to show the world a part of yourself, show vulnerabilities and you don't want to be ridiculed.
If you want to do something but you think you can't do it: DO IT.
Why? Doing it will increase your self-confidence and put you in a positive loop.
And once you've achieved the small goal, you'll have enough confidence to achieve a bigger goal.
And as you accomplish more and more, I can't will turn into I'm able to, so I can.
2) I am not good enough
This barrier is related to competence.
You think you can do it, but you're just not competent enough.
The remedy is to continue to train, to study the competitors, to read about the subject.
It can be very impressive to start out in a field.
When I started in my field, I was scared to death. I thought my work was crap and that my competitors were 100x better than me.
It was only experience that cured that feeling of incompetence.
The best book to read to kill your impostor syndrome: "The War of Art" by Steven Pressfield.
3) Someone else has already done it
One of the biggest traps of the human mind. Others have done it and better than you ... so what?
First of all, if others have done it and are successful, that's a very good sign, it means there is a market to be had.
And if you are interested in that market, it's time to take your share of the pie.
You are not here to copy, just to take an idea and reshape it to your image. Your competitors may be successful but there are angles you can exploit with your own history and skills.
Times change, strategies change and six months is a long time in a period as fast as ours.
Some of our competitors remain in the past and by being at the forefront of innovations in your industry, you can take your share.
There are many other mental barriers but if I continue to write, I will have to charge you for the post so I'll see you soon.
Thank you for reading and have a nice sunday.
If you want to thank me and keep this channel going.
I don't ask you for money, but share the channel, share my tweets and especially the threads.

One of the most common question I get asked:
"How to deal with breakup/rejection?"
Let's deal with it.
In the past, breakup has affected me terribly. I know how it feels. You know you should be going to the gym, focusing on your personal growth, etc etc.
But something bugs you.
You want to get back.
And if that's what you're feeling right now, this post is for you.
So, normally when someone asks me this question, I give them a certain set of answers depending on their situation:
- Write your thoughts on a paper to get them out
- Question whether your attempts to get back is becoming a road block
- Build a strong purpose
- Be upfront with the other person so you're not lost in "what ifs"
- Stop watching movies that wire you to believe in "the one partner for life"
And, these help a lot.
I know it from my experience. And those who asked for my help know it too.
There are other solutions too. For example, thinking of all the negative things about the other person.
Maybe those things help. But never helped me.
Anyways, there's something I should have shared earlier that has a greater effect than all these techniques.
Don't get me wrong. You still need to go the gym and level up yourself. Changing your identity is a must.
But to truly move on, there's something that helps more.
Not just to deal with a breakup.
It can be to deal with the death of a close one. Loss of opportunity. Failure. Loss of friend. And more.
Alright, what am I talking about?
Acceptance.
Not just surface level acceptance.
But to truly accept whatever happened.
You tried. The relationship didn't work. The girl didn't say yes. Whatever it maybe. You tried.
It didn't work.
Read those words again. Read them slowly. Feel every word.
You cannot do this at pace.
You have to slowly accept whatever happened.
Once you do, your body will feel lighter for a few seconds.
If it doesn't, read the words even slower. I cannot explain the process in detail, because it's an experience. You have to accept it in your heart and mind that it's over.
Only then your body will feel lighter for a few seconds.
This might sound "woo-woo". But you'll know what I am talking about once you have experienced it.
It might take a few hours of days. All you have to do is focus on those words. Focus on accepting it deeply. And it will happen. You'll feel relieved.
Again, you still need to get your shit together, get in the gym, make money, etc etc. Changing your identity is a must.
Without a changed identity, you'll get back to non-acceptance.
464
There's a theory that humans would be much happier if we went back to the time where we didn't have many choices.
A time when you had to harvest. have sex and eat. The mind wouldn't be confused with the overload of information.
While we can't go back. And we wouldn't give up the ability to research for our own. There's something you can learn.
A lack of choice isn't as bad as you might think it is.
You may believe it takes away wonderful possibilities. But it really does not.
Right now, the mind is so caught up with all these wonderful possibilities, that you end up with none.
Of course, you can have this and that. But do you? All your imaginations...are they coming true?
Fuck no.
It's just your mind masturbating over its dreams.
So, what's the solution?
Reduce your choices.
Pick 1. And stick with it.
Stop worrying about the infinite possibilities all the time.
Not just because it takes away your happiness. But because it also takes away those possibilities. After all, you never take the 1st step.
Understand this deeply.
