A massive debate blew up online over a viral clip from an Oprah special where the topic took a wild turn. A speaker argued that the public only shows sympathy for Lindsay Clancy—a white mom who killed her three kids—because of her race, demanding that everyone have that exact same energy and support for Black moms in prison who committed the exact same crime.
