The United States government set up hundreds of peaceful protesters to commit arbitrary crimes so that they could be thrown in jail and made an example of. We know this because we have mountains of evidence of agent provocateurs such as Ray Epps and Luke Robinson. There are also many agent provocateurs whose identities have remained a secret.
