“ Your Metabolism is high, that’s why you can lose weight faster 😭“ Have you ever wondered what is metabolism ? It’s a process of digestion or scientifically called chemical reaction that changes food into energy. The way how your body manages to break and get back all needed vitamins/minerals/etc. Now the whole process is split into two: Anabolism and Catabolism 1) Catabolism : when the food is inside your body, the chemicals try to break down the food that was ingested into parts. 2) Anabolism : after your organs broke down the food, the body will try to gather all the necessary components all together to send them into muscle tissues or other parts of your body.
