i think yes , but anyway I already talked about this scammer "uouus" on my channel before he crack my tools and steal my work and scam people , and in the end it up to you , you want to by from the scammer or the original developer ?
- how do they crack it ?
even big company failed to protect there software , even protection software it self get cracked . so there is no escape , unless its web application so it work on server

- 🛑 READ THIS:
if you are using ipjetable , change the key on cypher rat login , where you select the port because this vpn is free so when you disconnect from ipejtable , there is big chance that some one else will take the ip you was using and if he have cypher rat with same key , the clients will connect to him
so to protect your clients change the key for cypher rat
ps: after change the key you won't be able to receive the old client
to do that but the old key again

How to FIX Cypher rat Builder Stuck

try this 3 options:
1:
Close the rat ,
Press Win + R , Type "%LocalAppData% "
go to folder "apktool/framework"
you will find file name "1.apk"
remove it and try build again
2:
Download JAVA JDK for windows
to check if java installed , open cmd and type "java -version"
3: disable windows defender (some time it block building process)
