DE (EN below) Workshop mit Mona Rauber Ja - Nein - Vielleicht? - Praktischer Einstiegsworkshop zum Thema Konsens und Kommunikation Wie spüre und kommuniziere ich meine Bedürfnisse und Grenzen? Woran erkenne ich, ob meinem Gegenüber gefällt, was ich tue? Wie kann dies auch in einem chaotischen Party-Setting gelingen und was ist eigentlich, wenn es nicht klappt? Aber auch: Wie können wir offen über sexuelle Gesundheit sprechen? Und wie gelingt eine ehrliche Kommunikation zum Thema Schutz vor und Tests auf HIV und STI? Im Workshop üben wir spielerisch, wie wir ein Ja, ein Nein und alle Nuancen dazwischen ausdrücken können und lösen den Knoten in unserem Hals. Wir schärfen unseren Spürsinn für die Reaktionen unseres Gegenübers und für unsere eigenen Impulse. Und nicht zuletzt lernen wir die anderen spannenden Menschen auf der Party besser kennen und knüpfen erste Kontakte. How can I recognise whether the other person likes what I'm doing? How can this be achieved even in a chaotic party setting and what happens if it doesn't work out? How can we talk openly about sexual health? And how can we communicate honestly about protection against and testing for HIV and STIs? In the workshop, we playfully practice how we can express a yes, a no and all the nuances in between and untie the knot in our throat. We sharpen our sense for the reactions of our counterpart and for our own impulses. And last but not least, we get to know the other exciting people at the party better and make our first contacts. Language: German spoken language + English whisper translation Mona Rauber (she/her) is a certified sex and couples counsellor and gives sexual education workshops for children, young people, adults and professionals.
