a trial which brings you closer to Allah is better than a blessing which makes you forget Him.

a trial which brings you closer to Allah is better than a blessing which makes you forget Him.

sabr isn’t about waiting, it’s about trusting Allah’s timing, even when your heart is breaking.

Delaying salah can slowly distance the heart from Allah. Prayer is meant to come first, before our tasks, hobbies, and comfort. It shouldn't be a burden. Salah is our daily chance to reconnect with the One who never leaves us. A moment to step away from the dunya and return to peace. Take care of your prayer, and Allah will take care of your life. May He make us among those who protect our salah and find ease in it. 💚

E25Nov28 - Navigating The Loss of Loved Ones.pdf3.25 KB

As-salamu'alaikum Here's a brief summary of today’s khutbah: 1. Every soul will meet its final moment - Perhaps some of us have experienced the loss of people around us who have returned to Allah SWT - Navigating grief associated with the loss of someone we love is important - The Prophet ﷺ himself lost both his uncle Abu Talib and his wife Sayyidatina Khadijah R.A on the 10th year of Prophethood( the “Year of Sadness”) 2. 3 guiding principles that the Prophet ﷺ demonstrated in navigating grief - Firstly, Remembering the good deeds of the deceased - Secondly: Maintaining a holistic perspective on death - Thirdly, Turning to Allah for patience, wisdom, and strength - There is no wounded heart that cannot be healed through remembrance of Allah, through supplication, and through placing our trust in Him.

As-salamu'alaikum Here's a brief summary of today’s khutbah: 1. The reality of human creation: Our lives will reverse to an earlier stage of creation - The older a person becomes, the more he returns to a state of frailty, similar to his condition in childhood - Maximise our days with righteous deeds while we still have the strength to do so 2. Reminders for the young and old - Firstly, Strengthen one’s spirituality - Our elder years are an ideal opportunity to purify the heart and refine our deeds - Secondly, Prioritise family relationships and care - Thirdly, Preparing for both the worldly life and the hereafter

What would I change if I knew the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was visiting me? Pause for a moment & really think. Would i stop certain habits? Would i soften my voice, fix my manners, pray properly, dress better, speak with more mercy? Would i rush to hide the things i know he wouldn’t approve of… & bring forward the good I’ve been neglecting? If yes, then the truth is simple but heavy, The Prophet ﷺ may not be knocking on our door, but his sunnah is already in our hands. And above all, Allah, the One who sent him, is watching our actions, our intentions, our hearts. So let that thought humble you. Let it clean you. Let it pull you back whenever you slip. Change not out of fear of being “seen,” but out of love for the One who sees you always. اللهم صل وسلم على نبينا محمد 🤍

Life moves so quickly that we oftentimes forget to slow down and recognise the blessings that surround us. We forget that even in moments of heaviness, confusion, or disappointment, there is still room to whisper Alhamdulillāh. We may not always get what we want, but we are always given what we need. Allāh, in His infinite wisdom, arranges every moment with purpose, often preparing something far better than we could ever imagine. In moments of uncertainty, we must remind ourselves:
الله شاهدي، الله ناظري، والله معي في كلّ لحظةٍ وأبدا “Allāh is my witness, Allāh is the One who sees me, and Allāh is with me in every moment, always.”
So we say: Alhamdulillāh ‘alaa kulli haal — Praise be to Allāh in every state and every circumstance. Ya Rabb, make us among the few who are truly grateful— those who see Your blessings in ease and hardship, those whose hearts trust Your decree, and those who never tire of saying Alhamdulillāh. Alhamdulillāh for the things that made us smile. Alhamdulillāh for the things that made us grow. Alhamdulillāh for what was given. Alhamdulillāh for what was withheld. Alhamdulillāh.

We get so attached to the dunya, we forget it was never meant to be home. Allah swt reminds us: "And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion" (3:185) Choose what brings you closer to Jannah, not what distracts you from it. May Allah keep our hearts focused on what truly matters 😋

Overthinking can make the heart feel heavy. We worry about what hasn’t happened, and we fear what we can’t control. But Allah reminds us that true peace comes from remembering Him. Dhikr softens the noise in our mind and brings clarity to our heart. What is written for you will find you. What isn’t, will pass you by. Place your trust in the One who already knows the outcome. May Allah replace our anxieties with tranquility, and our overthinking with tawakkul. 🤍

du’a when 🌧️: اللّهُمَّ صَيِّـباً نافِـعاً Allahumma shoyibban nafi’a O Allah, make it a beneficial rain! Sahih Bukhari 1032.

Does لله still love me ? Your past is not your prison. It's your reminder. Sometimes you hold on so tightly to what you did that you forget who you could become. You speak of your sins as if they define you. But Allah has already erased them from His Book if your repentance was sincere. So why do you hold on to what Allah already forgave? When you remember your old mistakes, don't do it to hate yourself - do it to say: "I am no longer that person." Repentance isn't meant to paralyze you. It's meant to guide you. Because Allah loves the one who falls and learns, not the one who never falls and never grows.

No matter how uneasy you feel, no matter how far you think you’ve gone, don’t ever believe you’re not worthy of His love. The fact that you feel the urge to change, to hijrah, to become better… that itself is a sign that Allah loves you. He places that feeling only in the hearts He wants to guide. 🤣 There was a time for me when even typing “Insha’Allah” felt different and heavy. I felt like I didn’t deserve to say it, i thought how people would judge me or think, “She doesn't even know how to use it properly.” That discomfort was shyness, not from people, but from realizing how long I had distanced myself from Him. But no matter how big you think your sins are, never think that Allah doesn’t want you back. The door of repentance is always open, and Allah is happier with your return than you can ever imagine. 💐 So take your steps slowly, sincerely. Don’t fear judgement. Allah sees your effort, and He loves the soul that keeps trying. 💚

No matter what you're going through good or bad, always say Alhamdulillah, because gratitude brings peace, and trusting Allah brings strength. Even in the hardest moments, there's a blessing hidden. Never stop being thankful. Rasulullah ﷺ said, "How wonderful is the affair of the believer, for his affairs are all good, and this applies to no one but the believer. If something good happens to him, he is thankful for it and that is good for him." If something bad happens to him, he bears it with patience and that is good for him." [Sahih Muslim 2999]
