One of the outcomes of CTCL grants in 2020 was establishing “partnerships” with elected officials. After CTCL grants were spent, details reports were required to be provided and many interviews were conducted. These partners were surveyed and with the enablement of the Election Infrastructure Initiative (EII), are asking that 20 billion be spent on amongst other items, new voting equipment. A 350 million dollar series of grants by CTCL in 2020 turns into a 20 billion dollar ask for tax dollars in 2021 by the election industry. Let me summarize this article. Reuters analyzed text and voice mail messages from 16 states (732 messages in all) left for “election officials between Nov 20 – Jan 22. 110 of these Reuters label as “potentially criminal threats”. The rest they label as “protected free speech.” There was a 66.2% voter turnout with ~155MM voters in the US as a whole. There is no correlation in this article to put these 110 messages in some kind of perspective compared to the entire voting population or what may have happened in previous years, say when Trump beat Hillary in 2016. Was there a study conducted to see how many messages were left for R officials in 2016? It doesn’t even mention how many messages may have been left for R officials in states Trump won in 2020. Am I to believe no D voters were upset in a state like say, Florida? Also, the article does not address the point of origin of these messages. D voters decide to cross over and vote in R primaries to cause havoc. Who is to say some portion of these calls aren’t made for the same reasons by D voters? CTCL and The Election Infrastructure Initiative (EII) Let’s say your county received a CTCL grant in 2020. As part of the grant, your county is obligated to CTCL to provide a post-election debrief report. CTCL took these reports and added to them in many cases “countless” one on interviews with your election officials post 2020 election. All of this data was then compiled and turned into the EII. The EII hopes to have congress invest 20 billion in local election infrastructure. This infrastructure includes new electronic voting equipment, expansion of mail ballot processing equipment, software upgrades etc… Basically, every idea related to one day in person paper ballots they oppose. This is your tax money they are lobbying for and are using the “hooks” established by CTCL relationships established in 2020 to make it happen. See how this works now? CTCL and EAC In 2021, counties who took CTCL grants in 2020 were offered a free webinar by CTCL on Cybersecurity in partnership with the EAC. Through an open-records request I have all of a single counties CTCL related grant documents and communication from 2020 and 2021. These grants allowed CTCL to establish “Partnerships” that are ongoing to this day. So here you have a county, CTCL and EAC all collaborating to put on webinars on cybersecurity and election misinformation in 2021 through partnerships that were established by Zuckerbucks in 2020. On election day “non-partisan” poll workers monitor who voted in a precinct. They have a code assigned to each name on their own list which is not part of their official duty. As election day progresses, they send in the codes per precinct to a central program. National phone banks then call the D voters who haven’t yet voted to turn them out. Might also be a nice opportunity to vote a person by absentee who hasn’t voted if you have some extra ballots. There were no drop boxes back then but their were plenty of blue mail boxes. This is ballot harvesting by a different name! And isn't this cool? I can predict how many votes Tina Peters had at almost ANY TIME in the race, but taking the votes that Ganahl and dividing them by...yes...2!! So - almost exactly HALF of the people that voted for Ganahl voted for Peters over time. Colorado voters are amazing - like synchronized swimmers! Matt, this is an important piece of the system that Obama and his geeks built before 2008. They connected Catalist, the VAN, MyBarackObama app, and Ken Strasma's algorithms to predict scores (for more of his scoring technique see https://hbr.org/2012/11/electing-a-president-in-a-micr) and allows them to determine the liberal progressives to micro-target to register and to cast ballots, in real time. Strasma said this in the link above: "We’re able to update scores in near real time; … it will take about a third of a second for us to get a new piece of information in, for it to ripple through the system, update, and predict its scores." And one of the keys this capability gave the Obama team was to allow them to target the a voter RIGHT THROUGH THE END OF THE ELECTION. They know who and who didn't cast their ballots, instantly, even at the polls, right through the close on election day. Call out the mules! Think of the advancements possible a decade later!
