Dekalb County, GA - Hand Recount vs Machine Count There is a very important concept illustrated by the Dekalb County hand recount numbers. We want to bring this to your attention because this concept is equally applicable to CVR data, and pertains to the law of large numbers and the percentage votes between different voting methods for a given candidate. In the case of Dekalb, there are 3 different voting methods: - Election Day - Advance Voting - Absentee Voting Within a typical county we can expect the percentage votes for each candidate, for each voting method to be about the same (give or take 5%). This principle holds true for the hand recount numbers for Dekalb County. However, it does not hold for the machine count. (Please see the attached images in the next post.) No matter what the legacy media says, or what justification they try and give, vastly different percentage votes between voting methods for the same candidate goes against well established statistical principles. 👉 We must push back and refuse to believe "absurdities". The machine count clearly shows manipulation, and any CVR data that shows large differences in percentage votes between voting methods for the same candidate would also indicate the data was manipulated. Reuters reports that at least 29 counties across eight states use AI on mail-in ballots to ease the workload of staff enforcing signature rules. Most sourced the software from Parascript, a Colorado developer of document capture and recognition solutions. To account for unpredictability in things like signature spaces on ballot envelope designs and scanning equipment, Parascript says its software allows election officials to set their own minimum scores for approving signatures. The performance variability is evident in Colorado, where Parascript’s software approves 40% of signatures in Douglas County, 20% in Denver County, and 50% in Larimer, according to Reuters. How did Runbeck know in 2019 (prior to Covid) to order 65,000 miles of paper for mail in ballots used for the 2020 general election? How did the supply chain including the paper mills know to ramp up production in 2019 (or prior) to meet the demand of Covid mail in ballot spike? In Maricopa County, Runbeck delivered 16 semi-trucks of mail in ballots to the post office for delivery. Runbeck also processes mail in ballots returned from voters and stores them in their vault prior to sending to the county for opening and tabulation. Look at this ballot production process. Time will tell if this organization is connected in anyway to the Yuma County Mules in Comité De Bienestar. I really don’t know. Interesting CTCL EIN ID listed on a tax form associated with a grant going to a Tennis Center of more than $250,000....Just another clerical error I am sure. Just a sample of what I am finding, more to come on this topic later in a substack article. I really WANTED to move on from CTCL.
