9	Please check all your LOA’s on the member portal: Dashboard - More - Documents - LOA - View Name on LOA has to be the same name on the bills. No initials, no symbols, no titles. Do not do an LOA for an occupier account. Account number is the same number on the bills. Corporation is the corporation on the bills (check the small print). If they change account number you need a new LOA. If they send a bill to the occupier contact us asap. If they change the name on the account you need a new LOA. Thank you for your cooperation.	418
