New Democracy (ND) - 28.31% - 7 seats (current ruling party)
Movement for Change (KINAL) - 14.92% - 4 seats
Coalition of the Radical Left (SYRIZA) - 12.79% - 3 seats
Greek Solution (EL) - 9.30% - 2 seats
MeRA25 - 9.25% - 2 seats

🔸 A very interesting fact is that in this election, ND received the lowest number of votes ever since the creation of the party, a record previously held by Antonis Samaras since 2012
‼️ Mitsotakis and his party (ND) received 1.12 million votes, which corresponds to 28% of voters but only about 11% of the Greek population
⚠️ Mitsotakis' term is seen by many as incompetent in nearly all areas, from pretending the economy was growing, to less illegal immigration

🔸 The 32 year old Pakistani immigrant set up a big operation that according to the police falsified around 15.000 documents ranging from ID Cards, passports all the way to medical reports and parole documents
🔸 The clients were illegal immigrants that would most likely try to use such documents to acquire residency permits in Greece due to recent actions by the Greek Government that made it a lot easier to receive residency permits
‼️ The man was initially arrested for having a fake document the raid at his house led to the discovery of several printers and files used for the forging of documents

11 🔴 Turkish immigrant smugglers released on Parole to await trial on their cases

🔸 Two Turkish smugglers caught earlier this month were released, one of them a 59 y.o Turkish man was released under the condition of not leaving Greece and showing up to a police station twice a month until his trial and to pay 5000 Euros as guarantee that he will not flee

🔸 In the early hours of Sunday (26/05) a boat with 17 illegal immigrants was spotted at 8 Nautical Miles (14.8km / 9.2mi) of Crete, Southwest of Paleochora, they were "rescued" and transferred to the port of Paleochora
‼️ Meanwhile, 39 illegal immigrants were also spotted at Tripiti beach in Gavdos in the early morning hours of Sunday, they remained in Gavdos and were expected to be transferred to Chania. They went completely unnoticed and managed to reach the island that has a total population of 152 natives

Accountant: I'm rethinking that now.

🔸 The ring leader was the head of the Financial Services Directorate. The ring had the participation of accountants and mediators (διεκπεραιωτές) in order to identify and blackmail businessmen, usually calling them and threatening to block tax returns or collect debts
⚠️ A notebook found with the head of DOU (ΔΟΥ - Financial Services Directorate) had a list of names (i.e VAR., DA, "LINA", "SPYROS") along with values and dates, some of the dates went as back as 4-11-2020 until 2024
‼️ Last Tuesday the police saw a man entering the Tax Office with an envelope and left without it, they stopped the man after he left the office and questioned him about it, he told the police officers that he was a businessman and was blackmailed into paying €10.000, he said to have also paid them on May 17

The Iraqi man had arrived in Greece hours before the attack, he claimed the woman was an agent of Germany watching him

20 I am, once again, urging our guys to switch to Linux. I’ve made a few Linux posts in the past about which to use/what I recommend. Linux has come a long way in just a few years. With massive help from Valve and their steam deck using Linux. Gaming, productivity, everything, is usable on Linux. There is very little reason to not switch. SWITCH.
And for those who say they have windows only apps, you can run .exe (windows) apps on Linux through Wine and/or Lutris.

🔴 Pakistani man arrested in Athens for forgery of documents

🔸 The 32 year old Pakistani immigrant set up a big operation that according to the police falsified around 15.000 documents ranging from ID Cards, passports all the way to medical reports and parole documents
🔸 The clients were illegal immigrants that would most likely try to use such documents to acquire residency permits in Greece due to recent actions by the Greek Government that made it a lot easier to receive residency permits
‼️ The man was initially arrested for having a fake document the raid at his house led to the discovery of several printers and files used for the forging of documents
⚠️ The police confiscated Italian, French and Romanian IDs, a fake driver's license, several printers, laminators and other tools to produce the documents

‼️ 9 of them have been labeled "undesirable aliens" and are considered a threat to public order, national security and will probably be deported
