| 2 | Last trades with EA GOLD PRO 22.07-24.07.2026
The advisor works properly and in sync with the market, and I don’t think there’s any need to invent or change anything if it works.
Some say backtesting an EA GoldPro sometimes shows good results, sometimes bad results. My answer is: I don't strive for perfect backtests; I test in online trading practice what works and what doesn't. You'll find plenty of EAs on the market that will show you perfect results in the strategy tester, but believe me, that won't happen in real trading. You always need to take risks to make money, and help and manage EA yourself. Second, if there was an holy grail EA that would earn 3% on every trade with a 1% risk, I'd buy it myself. Spoiler: No EA like this, I haven't seen one in my 12 years of trading.

| 4 | Gold / XAUUSD Analysis – July 22, 2026
Gold continues to trade above the $4,100 breakout level after reaching a fresh two-week high. The short-term momentum remains bullish, but chasing the price higher is not the best option.
Main support zone:
$4,095–$4,110
As long as gold holds above this area, buyers remain in control.
Upside targets:
$4,140 → $4,170 → $4,200
Main sell zones:
$4,170–$4,200
$4,220–$4,240
I would only consider selling if gold reaches these resistance areas and shows a clear rejection.
Downside targets:
$4,060 → $4,040 → $4,000
Breakdown sell scenario:
If gold breaks and closes below $4,095, bearish pressure may increase.
Next downside targets:
$4,060 → $4,040 → $4,000
News:
Gold remains supported by safe-haven demand, geopolitical uncertainty, and expectations ahead of next week’s Federal Reserve meeting.
My short conclusion:
I prefer buying on pullbacks while gold remains above $4,095–$4,110.
➡️If you want trade Gold automatically, I recommend you my EA GoldPro, the MT5 version of the advisor is here, and the MT4 version is here
I would only look for sell opportunities near $4,170–$4,200 or after a confirmed breakdown below support.
This is not financial advice. | 182 |
| 5 | Gold / XAUUSD Analysis – July 21, 2026
Gold is trading around $4,050–$4,080 after a strong rebound from the $4,000 area.
The short-term picture looks neutral to cautiously bullish, but gold is already close to resistance, so I would not buy aggressively at the highs.
Main support zone:
$4,040–$4,055
If gold holds this area and shows a clear buyer reaction, the rebound may continue.
Upside targets:
$4,080 → $4,100 → $4,120
Main sell zones:
$4,080–$4,100
$4,120–$4,135
If gold reaches these zones and shows weakness, I would look for sell setups.
Downside targets:
$4,055 → $4,040 → $4,020 → $4,000
Breakdown sell scenario:
If gold breaks and consolidates below $4,040, sellers may push the price lower.
Next downside targets:
$4,020 → $4,000 → $3,980
News background:
Gold is supported by hopes for US–Iran diplomacy and lower oil pressure, but the upside is still limited by Fed rate expectations, Treasury yields, and the US dollar.
My short conclusion:
As long as gold stays above $4,040–$4,055, I prefer buying from pullbacks, but not at the highs.

| 8 | Discipline is not the same as stubbornness
A lot of traders say they are “following the plan.”
But sometimes they are not following the plan.
They are just refusing to admit that the market has changed.
This is a dangerous difference.
Discipline means respecting the rules when emotions are loud. It means not chasing, not revenge trading, not increasing risk randomly, and not abandoning the process after one bad result.
But stubbornness looks similar from the outside.
The trader holds because “the plan says so.”
He ignores new information because “the setup is still valid.”
He refuses to close because “price should come back.”
He keeps defending the original idea even after the market has already damaged it.
That is not discipline.
That is attachment.
A disciplined trader protects the plan.
A stubborn trader protects his opinion.
This is why I always try to separate two questions:
“Am I still following my system?”
and
“Is the reason for this trade still alive?”
These are not always the same thing.
Sometimes the original trade idea is still valid, and the discomfort is just normal market noise. In that case, closing too early is emotional. But sometimes the structure has changed, the level has failed, momentum has disappeared, or the trade no longer offers the same quality. In that case, holding is not discipline. It is hope with a professional excuse.
I usually ask:
— Has the market invalidated the original idea?
— Am I holding because the setup is still valid, or because I do not want to take the loss?
— Would I open this same trade again right now?
— Am I respecting the plan, or defending my ego?
That last question matters more than most traders admit.
Because the market does not care how logical your first idea was. Once new information appears, the trader has to update. Not emotionally. Not randomly. But honestly.
Good discipline is flexible within rules.
It does not mean changing the plan every candle.
It also does not mean ignoring everything after entry.
The goal is not to be rigid.
The goal is to be consistent without becoming blind.
Because in trading, discipline keeps you stable.
But stubbornness can keep you wrong.

| 9 | Gold / XAUUSD Analysis – July 17, 2026
Today, the gold outlook looks bearish / cautiously bearish.
Gold is trading around $3,980. The market remains under pressure because of higher oil prices, inflation risks, a stronger US dollar, and expectations that the Fed may keep a more hawkish tone.
Main priority: selling from resistance.
Nearest sell zone:
$4,000–$4,020
If gold rebounds into this area and shows weakness, I would look for sell setups.
Downside targets:
$3,980 → $3,950 → $3,930
Second sell zone:
$4,040–$4,060
This is a stronger resistance area. As long as gold stays below this zone, I would not expect a strong bullish reversal.
Downside targets:
$4,000 → $3,980 → $3,950
Breakout sell scenario:
If gold breaks and consolidates below $3,970–$3,980, sellers may increase pressure.
Next downside targets:
$3,950 → $3,930 → $3,900
Buy setups only carefully:
Possible buy zone: $3,970–$3,980
Only if the price holds this area and shows a clear buyer reaction.
Upside targets:
$4,000 → $4,020 → $4,040
News to watch today:
The main focus is on oil prices, US–Iran headlines, the US dollar, Treasury yields, Fed expectations, and US consumer sentiment data.
Strong US data may support the dollar and pressure gold.
Weak data may give gold a chance for a short rebound.
My short conclusion:
As long as gold stays below $4,040–$4,060, I prefer selling from resistance or selling after a confirmed breakdown below $3,970–$3,980.
For those who want to trade gold automatically I have good ➡️EA GoldPro, the MT5 version of the advisor is here, and the MT4 version is here
Main zones:
Sell: $4,000–$4,020 and $4,040–$4,060
Targets: $3,980 → $3,950 → $3,930 → $3,900
Buy only carefully: from $3,970–$3,980 for a short rebound

| 10 | I also enabled sell trades in the advisor. For a long time, I only traded long. The market had been falling for a while, but my buy trades were very accurate, so I didn't change the settings because they worked well for entries. Now I've also added gold shorts. I've been shorting with the manual version of GoldPro for a long time now; those who read my trading recommendations and analytics have seen it for themselves.

| 11 | Some trades fail because the trader keeps touching them
A lot of traders think trade management means doing more.
Move the stop.
Adjust the target.
Close part of the position.
Move to break-even.
Trail tighter.
Change the plan after every candle.
But sometimes the trade did not need more management.
It needed less interference.
The trader opens a position with a clear idea, but then starts reacting to every small movement after entry.
A normal pullback becomes a reason to reduce exposure.
A small pause becomes a reason to doubt the setup.
One candle against the position feels like new information.
But very often, it is just market noise.
The original plan slowly disappears.
Not because the market invalidated it.
But because the trader could not leave the trade alone.
Before changing something in an open trade, I usually ask:
• Has the trade actually changed?
• Or has only my comfort changed?
• Is this adjustment based on structure?
• Or am I just trying to reduce emotional pressure?
• Would I do the same thing if I were not watching every tick?
This matters because constant intervention can destroy even a good setup.
A trade needs a reason to enter.
But it also needs room to develop.
If every small movement forces a new decision, the trader is no longer following a strategy.
He is negotiating with uncertainty in real time.
And the market is very good at making uncertainty feel urgent.
Sometimes the best management is not doing more.
Sometimes the best management is letting the original idea either work or fail according to the plan.
Because in trading, touching the trade too often can turn analysis into noise.

| 16 | Gold / XAUUSD Analysis – July 9, 2026
Gold is trading around $4,070–$4,080 after another move lower.
The market looks neutral to bearish. Geopolitical tensions may support gold, but higher oil prices, inflation risks, stronger yields, and hawkish Fed expectations are still limiting the upside.
Main idea:
I would not buy aggressively from the middle of the range. Today, I prefer selling from resistance or after a confirmed breakdown.
Main support zone:
$4,060–$4,070
If gold holds this area and shows a clear buyer reaction, a short rebound is possible.
Upside targets:
$4,090 → $4,100 → $4,120
Main sell zones:
$4,090–$4,100
$4,120–$4,135
If gold reaches these zones and shows weakness, I would look for sell setups.
Downside targets:
$4,060 → $4,040 → $4,020 → $4,000
Breakdown sell scenario:
If gold breaks and consolidates below $4,060, sellers may push the price lower.
Next downside targets:
$4,040 → $4,020 → $4,000
News to watch today:
19:30 Bangkok time — US Jobless Claims
The market is also watching Fed speakers, Treasury yields, oil prices, and Gulf headlines.
My short conclusion:
As long as gold stays below $4,120–$4,135, I prefer selling from resistance.
Buy setups only carefully from $4,060–$4,070, and only if there is a clear buyer reaction.
This is not financial advice.

Gold is trading around $4,125–$4,140.
The market looks neutral to cautiously bearish. Geopolitical tensions may support gold, but the stronger US dollar, higher yields, and Fed rate expectations are still limiting the upside.
Main idea:
I would not buy aggressively from the middle of the range. Today, I prefer selling from resistance or after a confirmed breakdown.
Main support zone:
$4,110–$4,120
If gold holds this area and shows a clear buyer reaction, a short rebound is possible.
Upside targets:
$4,150 → $4,170 → $4,190
Main sell zones:
$4,150–$4,170
$4,190–$4,200
If gold reaches these zones and shows weakness, I would look for sell setups.
Downside targets:
$4,120 → $4,100 → $4,075 → $4,050
Breakdown sell scenario:
If gold breaks and consolidates below $4,110, sellers may push the price lower.
Next downside targets:
$4,100 → $4,075 → $4,050
News to watch:
The main event is the FOMC Meeting Minutes.
A more hawkish tone may support the dollar and pressure gold.
A softer tone may help gold rebound.
My short conclusion:
As long as gold stays below $4,190–$4,200, I prefer selling from resistance.
Buy setups only carefully from $4,110–$4,120, and only if there is a clear reaction.

| 18 | Gold / XAUUSD Analysis – July 7, 2026
Gold is trading around $4,140–$4,175 after pulling back from a recent two-week high.
The market is still trying to hold the rebound, but gold is close to resistance, so I would avoid buying directly at the highs.
Main idea:
Buy on dips while gold stays above the key support zone.
Main buy zone:
$4,150–$4,160
If gold holds this area and shows a clear buyer reaction, the rebound may continue.
Upside targets:
$4,180 → $4,195 → $4,220
If gold consolidates above $4,195–$4,200, the next upside zone may be:
$4,220–$4,240
Sell setups only carefully:
I would look for sells only from resistance or after a confirmed breakdown.
Sell zones:
$4,180–$4,200
$4,220–$4,240
If gold reaches these zones and shows weakness, a pullback may happen.
Downside targets:
$4,160 → $4,135 → $4,120
Breakdown sell scenario:
If gold breaks and consolidates below $4,150, the bullish momentum may weaken.
Next downside targets:
$4,135 → $4,120 → $4,100
News to watch:
The market is focused on the US dollar, Treasury yields, Fed rate expectations, and the upcoming Fed minutes.
My short conclusion:
As long as gold stays above $4,150–$4,160, I prefer the buy on dips scenario.
But I would avoid entering in the middle of the range or buying directly near resistance.
This is not financial advice.
