Every decision you make has two outcomes.
It can either help you move towards the goals you have in life...
Or move away from them.
Such a powerful question for making decisions.
Do we make decisions based on fear, concern or based on our comfort zone alone,
Or growth, expansion & progress even though it might be uncomfortable at times?
Remember. You always have the power yes?
It's not a bad thing when we make decisions based on advice from others...
But such a waste when it's from folks who have not achieved the results we want, don't fully resonate with all our values, and don't really understand our entire situation & context.
Be very mindful who you get advice from because they can make or break your journey and progress in every area of life 💙
Sometimes I don’t get why people judge others when they aren’t even getting much results or progress themselves.
Easy to judge and criticise when we are on the sidelines…
But harder it is to actually execute and produce real life results.
🤷♂️
Less time judging.
More time implementing.
Let's goo :)
Feeling Busy & Overwhelmed these days? I wrote this for you.
Check out the quick read here.
Repost from Be A Market Leader
Big idea of the day
You tell what your prioritise in life by your actions.
Not your words.
You tell what other prioritise in life too by what they choose.
Never what they tell you.
Let's not be confused.

Feeling Overwhelmed or Busy?
Something I recently learnt: saying you're "busy" or "overwhelmed" are the easiest excuses to not take action but also the reason why most people continue to stay stuck, lost, & dissatisfied.
Humans are powerful enough to succeed DESPITE imperfect conditions.
You got this everyone!!!
P.S. of course, health & family is still very important. Hahah but just a reminder to not play small & stretch yourself too yes?
I don't plan to retire (early or not).
In fact, I don't plan to cut costs or "scrimp & save" because I want to enjoy life to the fullest while I can...
And not have to say no to things that I like: travelling, investing in premium masterminds & coaching, personal training, amazing food, etc...
WHILE doing work that is lucrative, enjoyable, and fulfiling to me.
Why retire when you enjoy your work, get to help people, and live your ideal lifestyle at the same time?
When I first started out my entrepreneurship journey, I thought success meant consuming as much information as possible.
As time went by, I realised it's more about consuming the RIGHT information at the RIGHT time.
After 5 years, I now know that success is simply having just that ONE perspective shift to transform my business & finances.
I pay my mentors & coaches not for information, but for insights, implementation, and to get personalised feedback to the questions/challenges I am facing.
All I am looking for is that ONE advice or suggestion that will save me years or hundreds/thousands of dollars worth of mistakes.
Never feel pressured to consume everything all at once.
People who continue to think more is good forever...tend to stay struggle and stay stuck.
Read that again 💙
SHOW, DON'T TELL.
The smartest people don't say they're experts, they SHOW you that they are.
The best storytellers don't say they're top storytellers, they SHOW you that they are.
The best performers don't say they're the best performers, they SHOW you that they are.
The best speakers don't say they're the best speakers, they SHOW you that they are.
The best coaches don't say they're the best coaches, they SHOW you that they are.
The best creators don't say they're the best creators, they SHOW you that they are.
SHOW, NOT TELL.

If you don’t have money then you should have time.
If you have no money and no time, then you’re spending time on the wrong things.
I take back more income than most people my age and I STILL work 12, 14h, 16h days.
It’s fucking ridiculous to me when someone tells me they are not earning enough, and they need money etc
But they are doing everything else that does NOT generate them the income.
I had someone told me they only worked and prospected less than 20 mins a day.
Only have 3-4 appointments per week.
And constantly worry about not earning much.
What the flying fuck?
The people at my level AND higher works way harder.
What in the world are you doing with your life?
And by all fucking means, if you want to spend time with family everyday , workout 2 hours per day and what not, then sure.
If that makes you happy, good for you.
Just don’t fucking complain about not having enough money.
Want to achieve results & success faster than majority of people?
Increase your Speed to Action.
Most people take their time to implement what they learn or hear...putting it off, waiting for the "perfect" time, procastinating etc...
When the way to get faster progress & results is to reduce the time between learning something and taking action.
When starting out, I would observe many of the people I admire to almost IMMEDIATELY take action right after they heard something they'll like to test.
Post on social media.
DM 5 people on the new offer.
Create the asset.
Draft the email.
Delegate the work.
The faster you take action, the more likely you'll succeed faster.
You got this.
There can be 1502914 reasons to explain why you cannot succeed, why you are "right" to feel stuck, to justify why you can't move forward...
And these can be very valid reasons.
But the more you focus on these, the more likely you'll remain stuck.
Instead, perhaps remind yourself why you can STILL succeed despite these reasons.
Why you want to succed in the first place.
And the intention, energy, and drive you commit to your own journey REGARDLESS of your obstacles & challenges.
Successful people do not dwell on reasons why they can't succeed.
They focus on why they WILL succeed despite imperfect conditions.
You got this.

I've a friend who generates 6-figures from his lifestyle consulting business and STILL prospects about 10-20 potential clients every single day.
He does it because he knows that's the most effective & direct way to get more clients, sales, and income.
If he's making that much and still spends that time to do so every single day...
most of us really have no excuse.
Personal outreach still works the best if you want to make more money from your lifestyle business.

Being bad at your work, business or career etc does not mean you are less of a person.
It just means you are bad. You can always get better.
Ironically, the more you think that being bad at work = being bad as a person,
The worse you will get.
The more objective you are with your performance, the better you'll the improve and the better you'll get.
Being good or bad as a person has more to do with your character than anything else.
Do you treat others kindly & with compassion
Do you do what's right even when no one else is looking
Do you keep doing your best and getting better
Etc etc.
You can be amazing at work, biz & career but still suck as a person.
You can be mediocore at work, biz & career but be an amazing soul in life.
Two different things :)
Building a lucrative lifestyle business is not just about making more money.
It’s about doing so while enjoying your life, aligning your lifestyle and mindsets along the way.
In short, you’ll also need to work on areas like time management, self awareness and productivity too.
Sounds tiring but the results are freaking amazing.
Here’s all the “Wisdom” I gained after hiking 30+ hours 😂
Last month, my wife and I went crazy during our honeymoon.
We hiked 10+ trails, with one taking a whopping 7 hours to finish.
Imagine facing bears, getting lost in thick fog, and seeing mountain goats up close.
It was wild, but it gave me tons of time to think about business and life which I’m sharing my lessons here.
No need to risk your life on a mountain to learn them. 😉
✅One Step at a Time
My weak ankles made me realize something important.
Big goals are like long hikes - they can seem impossible at first.
But here's the secret: just focus on the next step.
I kept reminding myself to keep moving forward, no matter how slowly.
It's the same in business. Don't get overwhelmed by the big picture.
Just take one small step, then another. Before you know it, you're at the top.
✅Don't Be Afraid to Ask for Help
Here's the thing - my wife is way better at hiking than me.
So we made a deal. She carried the bag, I focused on not falling over.
In life, I realise it's not about being the best at everything.
It's about knowing when to lean on others.
In business, surround yourself with people who complement your weaknesses.
It's not admitting defeat - it's smart strategy.
✅Find Fun Along the Way
Want to know how we made a tough hike easier? We had fun.
I even took an impromptu ice bath in a mountain lake. Freezing, but memorable!
When you enjoy the journey, challenges become adventures.
Try bringing that same spirit to your business.
Find ways to make tasks enjoyable; it makes a world of difference.
✅It's not "Weak" to Get Support
I'll admit it - I was too proud to use hiking sticks at first.
But once I started using them, everything got easier.
It's like that in business too. Don't let pride stop you from using helpful tools.
Whether it's new software or a mentor's advice, the right support can be a game-changer.
✅Find People to Do This Journey With
Everyone on the trail was surprisingly friendly.
We'd greet each other, share tips, boost each other's spirits.
It reminded me that we're not alone in our struggles.
In business, build a network of supportive peers.
Share experiences, learn from each other. It makes the journey less lonely and more fun.
✅Rest & Recharge is Crucial
Know how we managed to hike for days? We took care of ourselves at night.
Foot massages, stretching, the works. It wasn't just luxury - it was necessary.
In business, burnout is real. Don't underestimate the power of rest.
Take time to recharge. You'll come back stronger, I promise.
✅The Harder the Journey, the Sweeter the View
Here's something wild - the toughest trails had the best views.
Less crowded, more rewarding. Sound familiar?
In business, don't shy away from challenges.
The toughest problems often lead to the biggest breakthroughs.
If you want things most don't have, you need to do things most people are not willing to.
✅You Make Mistakes When You Least Expect It
Funny thing - you rarely fall when you're focusing on the trail.
It's when you get comfortable that you stumble.
Same goes for business. Stay focused, especially when things seem smooth.
That's often when unexpected challenges pop up.
✅Everyone Faces the Same Struggles
Whenever there were difficult parts of the hike (such as when it was avery steep or had a lot of rocks to be mindful of, etc.), some hikers whined about the elevation (like me HAHA). Others saw it as a fun challenge.
And what I realised is that business is tough for everyone. The difference? Your attitude.
You can't control the trail, but you can control how you hike it.
Choose to see obstacles as opportunities. It makes the journey way more fun.
✅Expect the Unexpected
Bears, snow in summer, mountain goats - we saw it all.
In business, be ready for surprises. Good and bad.
The path less traveled often leads to the most incredible experience.
Keep pushing forward, enjoy the view, and don't forget to celebrate your progress.
You got this.
