A super total bet predicts whether the combined points of both teams exceed or fall below a set line, regardless of the winner.

- Over wins if the combined score is 169 or higher (e.g., 88–81).
- Under wins if the combined score is 168 or lower (e., 84–80).
- .5 lines cannot push; the bet always wins or loses.

On most bookmakers, including 1xBet, "super total" refers to the full-game points line, including overtime.
Distinctions:
- Quarter/half total: Only that period counts.
- Team total: Only one team's points count.
- Alternate total: Same full-game market with a different number and odds.
Always check if the market specifies "including overtime" or "regular time."
