I've even heard cowardly accounts from whites on the job that claim to be on our side that are too afraid of even recommending a white candidate (even when he's the most qualified) out of a pool of hundreds of non-whites because they are pussies and don't want to be accused of picking the white guy for white supremacy reasons.
