#سؤال 🍉 ⭕ مسنة أجرت تنظير هضمي علوي (Upper - Endoscopy) لتظهر مخاطية المعدة بالشكل الموضح في الصورة اليسرى .. !! ✅ بالاستعانة بالصورة التي على اليمين .. ما التشخيص‼️🤔⭕ معظم أجوبتكم كانت صحيحة .. فخورون بكم 🙏🏻♥️ #الإجابة ✅ معدة البطيخ الأحمر(watermelon stomach) و هي توسعات وعائية في مخاطية غار المعدة _ Gastric antral vascular ectasia (GAVE) ..!! تشاهد بشكل أساسي عند المسنين و قد تترافق مع الأمراض المناعية الذاتية مثل الSLE و ال Systemic sclerosis و قد تترافق مع ارتفاع توتر وريد الباب..!! ⭕ تكمن أهمية هذه الحالة في إمكانية التسبب بنزف مزمن ليسبب لاحقاً فقر الدم بعوز الحديد (IDA) نتيجة تمزق هذه التوسعات الوعائية .. ✅ العلاج بعلاج السبب .. إما دوائي (ستيروئيدات مثلاً) .. أو قد يصل للحل الجراحي باستئصال الغار(Antrectomy) 💯
