Article on Digital Hub for Reference and Unique Virtual Address (DHRUVA) framework: DHRUVA is a government initiative to create a standardised digital address system in India by assigning a Unique Virtual Address (UVA) to every physical location, asset or entity. It is being proposed as a Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) along the lines of Aadhaar and UPI Proposed by – Department of Posts and to be Overseen by – National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).
