Job Summary: Responsible for managing day-to-day operaƟons of the machining and fabricaƟon shop to meet producƟon, quality, and delivery targets. Key ResponsibiliƟes:  Plan & supervise machining/fabricaƟon to meet producƟon goals.  OpƟmize use of manpower, machines, and materials.  Coordinate with planning/design teams for producƟon schedules.  Oversee CNC, convenƟonal lathe, milling, welding machines, and fabricaƟon acƟviƟes.  Ensure quality, safety, and producƟvity on the shop floor.  Coordinate maintenance for equipment (prevenƟve & breakdown).  Manage inventory of raw materials, tools & consumables.  Implement lean manufacturing & conƟnuous improvement pracƟces.  Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and customer standards.  Coordinate with QA/QC for inspecƟons.  Train and mentor shop floor staff.  Enforce safety, cleanliness, and 5S pracƟces.  Liaise with design, procurement, and dispatch for workflow efficiency.
