proposed changelog: • rebuilt core (I moved all client logic to Cobalt core instead of kSteam so it can be ALREADY SHIPPED) • library improvements (I finally have the idea for a better mobile interface) • maybe I will reverse-engineer the Steam Frame sign-in flow (if it is complex at all)

finally, Steam Controller can be used on a Mac, so now I can finally use it! mostly in emulators
