🟢 ಗುಜರಾತ್ನ ಕಾಂಡ್ಲಾದ ದೀನದಯಾಳ್ ಬಂದರು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (DPA)ದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದ ಮೊದಲ ಬಂದರು ಆಧಾರಿತ ಇ-ಮೆಥನಾಲ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡಿಪಾಯ ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದೆ.
🟢 DPA + ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ ಪೆಟ್ರೋ-ಕೆಮಿಕಲ್ಸ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ (APCL) ಜಂಟಿ ಉಪಕ್ರಮ.
🟢 ಒಟ್ಟು ಹೂಡಿಕೆ: 76:24 ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ₹2,300 ಕೋಟಿ.
📍 ಎರಡು-ಹಂತದ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ
🟢 ಹಂತ I: 50 ಟನ್/ದಿನ → ₹1,200 ಕೋಟಿ
🟢 ಹಂತ II: 100 ಟನ್/ದಿನ → ₹1,100 ಕೋಟಿ
🟢 ಇ-ಮೆಥನಾಲ್ ಏಷ್ಯಾ-ಯುರೋಪ್ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಹಡಗುಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
🟢 ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯು ಕಾಂಡ್ಲಾದ ಸುತ್ತಲೂ ಸಾರಿಗೆ, ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪೂರೈಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಹಸಿರು-ಇಂಧನ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
📍 ಇ-ಮೆಥನಾಲ್ ಎಂದರೇನು?
🟢 ಇ-ಮೆಥನಾಲ್ ನವೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಶಕ್ತಿ + ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿಯಲಾದ/ಮರುಬಳಕೆಯ CO₂ ಬಳಸಿ ಉತ್ಪಾದಿಸುವ ಕಡಿಮೆ-ಇಂಗಾಲದ ರೂಪದ ಮೆಥನಾಲ್ ಆಗಿದೆ.
🟢 ಇದನ್ನು ಭಾರೀ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಸಾಯನಿಕ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ವಯಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಾಗಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡಿಮೆ-ಇಂಗಾಲದ ಇಂಧನವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಬಹುದು.
📍 ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ
🟢 1. ಹಸಿರು ಹೈಡ್ರೋಜನ್: ನವೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ → H₂O → H₂ + O₂ ನ ವಿದ್ಯುದ್ವಿಭಜನೆ.
🟢 2. CO₂ ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿಯುವಿಕೆ: ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಮೂಲಗಳಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಗಾಳಿಯಿಂದ ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿಯಲಾದ CO₂.
🟢 3. ಮೆಥನಾಲ್ ಸಂಶ್ಲೇಷಣೆ: ಹಸಿರು ಹೈಡ್ರೋಜನ್ + ಸೆರೆಹಿಡಿಯಲಾದ CO₂ → ವೇಗವರ್ಧಕ ಕ್ರಿಯೆ → ಇ-ಮೆಥನಾಲ್.
📍 ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಮಹತ್ವ
🟢 ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ವೆಚ್ಚ: ಸುಮಾರು US$750/ಟನ್.
🟢 ಜಾಗತಿಕ ದರ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ: ಸುಮಾರು US$1,300/ಟನ್.
