I believe if we had actual legally run elections with no machines, precinct counting/voting, voter ID, no mail in ballots, absentee ballots must be notarized, no federal only voters, vote on Election Day in person. We wouldn't need term limits. The People would determine the term limits with their vote!

My primary opponent tried to run a bill to pass a law that would give the legislature power over the potus electors. The problem is that they don’t need a law for it! They already have plenary authority over the potus electors!! She doesn’t even know the highest law of the land she swore to! This is what’s wrong with politicians that don’t do their own research and rely solely on “administrative law” lawyers for everything or flat out lie about what can be done. The plenary authority over presidential electors is already granted to the state legislature in article 2, section 1, clause 2. Ray v Blair gives legislature federal function authority to control electors. The U.S. Supremacy clause supersedes anything in statute. There’s nothing in the Arizona Constitution that is constrains the legislatures plenary authority over the potus electors. We do NOT need to pass a law to reclaim this authority and appoint the electors due to illegally run elections that have not been fixed. VOTE BARNETT!!
