"እውነተኛ የወይን ግንድ እኔ ነኝ፤ ገበሬውም አባቴ ነው።" —ዮሐንስ 15:1

ቅርንጫፍ በራሱ ሊኖር አይችልም—ንጥረ ነገርን ለመቀበል እና ፍሬ ለማፍራት ከወይኑ ግንድ ጋር ተጣብቆ መቆየት አለበት። ኢየሱስ "እውነተኛ የወይን ግንድ እኔ ነኝ" በማለት ያለ እርሱ ምንም ማድረግ እንደማንችል አጽንኦት ሰጥቷል። ተቆርጦ የተጣለ የዛፍ ቅርንጫፍ ቀደም ሲል ምንም ያህል ጠንካራ እናም በቅጠሎች የተሞላ ቢሆንም፣ ከተቆረጠ በኋላ ግን በጊዜ ሂደት መድረቂ እና መሞቱ አይቀርም። በተመሳሳይ መንገድ፣ ከክርስቶስ ተለይተን ለመኖር ስንሞክር፣ በመንፈሳዊ ደካማ እና ፍሬ አልባ እንሆናለን። ነገር ግን በእምነት፣ በጸሎት እና በመታዘዝ ከእርሱ ጋር ተገናኝተን ስንኖር፣ እናድጋለን፣ ፍቅሩን እና ባህሪውን የሚያንፀባርቅም ፍሬ እናፈራለን። #እኔ_ነኝ መልካም ሰንበት

"I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman." —John 15:1

A branch cannot survive on its own—it must remain connected to the vine to receive life and bear fruit. Jesus said, "I am the true vine," emphasizing that without Him, we can do nothing. Think of a tree branch that has been cut off. No matter how strong or full of leaves it was before, once disconnected, it withers and dies. In the same way, when we try to live apart from Christ, we become spiritually weak and fruitless. But when we stay connected to Him through faith, prayer, and obedience, we grow and bear fruit that reflects His love and character. #I_AM Shabbat Shalom

ኢየሱስም "እኔ መንገድና እውነት ሕይወትም ነኝ፤ በእኔ በቀር ወደ አብ የሚመጣ የለም።"... —ዮሐንስ 14:6

በዛሬው ጊዜ ሰዎች እውነትን በብዙ ቦታዎች ይፈልጓታል—በሳይንስ፣ በፍልስፍና፣ በግል ልምምዶች፣ እንዲሁም በማህበራዊ ሚዲያ። በዚህ ሁሉ ውስጥ ታዲያ በእርግጥ እውነት የሆነውን እንዴት እናውቃለን? ሰዎች እውነትን እንደየ ሰዉ እና ሁኔታ ይለያያል ብለው በሚያስቡበት ዓለም ውስጥ ኢየሱስ ጠንከር ያለ ነገርን ያቀርባል፥ "መንገዱና እውነቱ ሕይወቱም እኔ ነኝ።" መንገዱን አውቃለሁ ወይም እውነቱን አስተምራለሁ ሳይሆን ያለው፤ እርሱ እራሱ መንገድ እና እውነት መሆኑን ነው የተናገረው። ሌላው መንገድ ሁሉ ወደ ሀሰት ይመራል፣ ነገር ግን እርሱን መከተል ወደ ዘላለማዊ ሕይወት ይመራል። እንዲሁም አንድ ሰው እውነትን አውቃለሁ ብሎ የሚናገር ከሆነ የሚላቸውን ነገሮች በተግባሩ መፈተሽ አለባቸው። ኢየሱስም ያለ ኃጢአት በኖረው ሕይወቱ፣ በተአምራቱ፣ እና በመጨረሻም በትንሣኤው ይህንን ፈተና አልፏል። #እኔ_ነኝ

Jesus saith unto him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." —John 14:6

In today’s world, people search for truth in many places—science, philosophy, personal experiences, and even social media. But with so many conflicting opinions, how can we know what is really true? In a world where people think of truth subjectively, Jesus makes an exclusive and bold claim: "I am the way, the truth, and the life." He does not say He knows the way or teaches the truth—He IS the way and the truth. Every other path leads to uncertainty, but following Him leads to eternal life. And if someone claims to have the truth, their words must be tested. Jesus backed up His claim through His sinless life, His miracles, and ultimately, His resurrection. #I_AM

ኢየሱስም "ትንሣኤና ሕይወት እኔ ነኝ፤ የሚያምንብኝ ቢሞት እንኳ ሕያው ይሆናል" —ዮሐንስ 11:25

"ከሞት በኋላ ምን ይኖር ይሆን?" የሚለው ጥይቄ ለዘመናት ሰዎችን ሲያስጨንቅ የቆየ ነው። ብዙዎች ሞትን እንደ መጨረሻ አድርገው ስለሚመለከቱት ይፈሩታል፣ ነገር ግን ኢየሱስ "ትንሣኤና ሕይወት እኔ ነኝ" በማለት ሞት በኛ ላይ ስልጣን እንደሌለው አረጋግጧል። እነዚህን ቃላት ለማርታ ወንድሟን አልዓዛርን ከሙታን ከማስነሳቱ በፊት በመናገር ኃይሉ በዚህ ሕይወት ብቻ የተገደበ እንዳልሆነ እና የሁሉ የበላይ እንደሆነ አሳይቷል። በእርሱ ካመንን፣ ብንሞት እንኳን፣ እንደገና እንኖራለን። የራሱም የክርስቶስ ትንሣኤ የዚህ ተስፋ የመጨረሻው ማረጋገጫ ሆኖልናል። በሰው ልጅ ታሪክ ውስጥ ሞትን ያሸነፈ ማንም የለም፣ ነገር ግን ኢየሱስ አሸንፏል፣ እኛም በእርሱ በኩል የዘላለም ሕይወት ተስፋ አለን። #እኔ_ነኝ

Jesus said unto her, "I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live" —John 11:25

What happens after death? This is a question that has troubled people for centuries. Many fear death because it seems like the end, but Jesus declared, "I am the resurrection and the life," proving that death does not have the final word. He spoke these words to Martha before raising her brother, Lazarus, from the dead—showing that His power is not limited to this life alone. If we believe in Him, even though we die, we will live again. His own resurrection is the ultimate proof of this promise. No one else in history has conquered death, but Jesus did, and through Him, we have the hope of eternal life. #I_AM

"መልካም እረኛ እኔ ነኝ። መልካም እረኛ ነፍሱን ስለ በጎቹ ያኖራል።" —ዮሐንስ 10:11

የእረኛ ሥራ በጎቹን መንከባከብ፣ መጠበቅ እና መምራት ነው። ነገር ግን ሁሉም እረኞች አንድ አይደሉም። በጎቹ የነሱ ያልሆኑ እረኛ (ትቀጣሪ) አደጋ ሲመጣ ሊሸሽ ይችላል፣ ነገር ግን መልካም እረኛ ለበጎቹ ሕይወቱን እስከመስጠት ይሄዳል። ኢየሱስ "መልካም እረኛ እኔ ነኝ" ከማለትም አልፎ ሕይወቱን ለእኛ በመስጠት ይህን አረጋግጧል። በጎች ሙሉ በሙሉ በእረኛቸው ላይ ጥገኛ ናቸው—በቀላሉ ይጠፋሉ፣ ለአደጋ የጋለጡ ናቸው፣ ከአዳኞችም ምንም መከላከያ መንገድ የላቸውም። ያለ እረኛ ይበተናሉ፣ አይተርፉምም። በተመሳሳይ መንገድ፣ ያለ ክርስቶስ እንጠፋለን። #እኔ_ነኝ

"I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep." —John 10:11

A shepherd’s job is to care for, protect, and guide his sheep. But not all shepherds are the same. A hired worker may run away when danger comes, but a good shepherd will risk his life for the sheep. Jesus said, "I am the good shepherd," proving this by laying down His life for us. Sheep are completely dependent on their shepherd—they get lost easily, wander into danger, and are defenseless against predators. Without a shepherd, they will scatter and not survive. In the same way, we are lost without Christ. But with Him, we are guided, protected, and loved beyond measure. #I_AM

"በሩ እኔ ነኝ፤ በእኔ የሚገባ ቢኖር ይድናል፥ ይገባልም ይወጣልም መሰማሪያም ያገኛል።" —ዮሐንስ 10:9

በሮች ጠቃሚ ዓላማ ያስፈጽማሉ—ሰዎችን ያስገባሉ፣ አደጋን ደግሞ ከውጭ ያስቀራሉ። ኢየሱስ "በሩ እኔ ነኝ" ሲል እንዲሁ ምሳሌ እየተጠቀመ አልነበረም። በጥንት ዘመን እረኞች የበጎቻቸው በረት መግቢያ ላይ በመተኛት ራሳቸው እንደ በር ሆነው ይጠብቁ ነበር። ይህ ማለት ምንም ነገር በእነርሱ በኩል ሳያልፍ ወደ ውስጥ ሊገባ አይችልም ማለት ነው። በተመሳሳይ መንገድ፣ ኢየሱስ ከእግዚአብሔር ጋር ህብረት ለማድረግ ብቸኛው መንገድ ነው። ብዙዎች በበጎ ሥራ፣ በሃይማኖት ወይም በግል ጥረት መዳንን ለማግኘት ይሞክራሉ፣ ነገር ግን እርሱ ግልጽ አድርጎታል—በሩ አንድ ብቻ ነው። በእርሱ የሚገባ ማንኛውም ሰው ይድናል፣ እውነተኛ ጥበቃ እና ሰላምንም ያገኛል። #እኔ_ነኝ

"I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture." —John 10:9

Doors serve an important purpose—they let people in while keeping danger out. When Jesus said, "I am the door," He wasn’t just using a random metaphor. In ancient times, shepherds would guard their sheep by lying down at the entrance of the sheepfold, acting as the door itself. This meant that nothing could get in without passing through them first. In the same way, Jesus is the only way to enter into a relationship with God. Many try to find salvation through good works, religion, or personal effort, but He made it clear—there is only one door. Anyone who enters through Him will be saved, finding true security and peace. #I_AM

ደግሞም ኢየሱስ። "እኔ የዓለም ብርሃን ነኝ፤ የሚከተለኝ የሕይወት ብርሃን ይሆንለታል እንጂ በጨለማ አይመላለስም" ብሎ ተናገራቸው። —ዮሐንስ 8:12

በፍጹም ጨለማ ውስጥ ያለ ሰው ከየት ወዴት መሄድ እንዳለበት ማየትም ሆነ ማወቅ አይችልም። ያለ ብርሃን እያንዳንዱ የምንወስደው እርምጃ በመጠራጠር እና "ልክ እሆን?" በማለት ነው። ለዚህም ለአደጋ ሁልጊዜ ቅርብ ነን። ኢየሱስ "እኔ የዓለም ብርሃን ነኝ" ብሎ ሲናገር ልክ ቁሳዊው ብርሃን ቁሳዊ ነገሮችን እንድናይ እንደሚረዳን፣ የሕይወትን ብቸኛ እውነት እና ወደ አብ ሚወስደውን ብቸኛ መንገድ የሚያበራልን ኢየሱስ ነው! ጨለማ ኃጢአትን፣ አለማመንን ስጋን ወዘተ ይወክላል፣ ነገር ግን ብርሃን ለሕይወት ጥራትን ያመጣል። ጨለማ ክፍል ውስጥ ገብተን መብራት ስናበራ የሁሉ ነገር እይታችን በፍጥነት እንደሚቀየር ሁሉ በተመሳሳይ መንገድ፣ ብርሃናችን የሆነው ኢየሱስን ስንከተል የሁሉ ነገር እይታችን ይለወጣል። ዓለምን ምናይበት መንገድ፣ ኃጢአትን ምናይበት መንገድ፣ ወንድሞቻችንንና እህቶቻችንን እንኳን ምናይበት መንገድ ይለወጣል። ስለዚህ ክርስቶስ "የሚከተለኝ በጨለማ አይሄድም" ሲል፣ ዳግም ላንጠፋ በእውነት ብርሃን ውስጥ መመላለስን ቃል እየገባልን ነው። #እኔ_ነኝ

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” —John 8:12

Imagine being lost in complete darkness, unable to see where you are going. Without light, every step is uncertain, and danger is always near. Jesus declared, "I am the light of the world," showing that just as physical light helps us see, He alone reveals the truth and leads us to safety of our path with God. Darkness represents sin, unbelief etc., but His light brings clarity to life. If you’ve ever walked into a dark room and turned on the light, you know how instantly our view of everything changes. In the same way, when we follow Jesus, our light, our view of everything changes. It changes how we see the world, how we see sin, even how we see our brothers and sisters. So, when Christ says "he that follows me shall not walk in darkness", He is promising us walk in the light of truth, never lost again. #I_AM

And Jesus said unto them, "I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst." —John 6:35

We all know that food is essential for survival. Without it, we grow weak, and eventually, we cannot live. The day before Jesus declared, "I am the bread of life," He had miraculously fed more than 5,000 people with bread, satisfying their physical hunger. But when He spoke these words, He pointed to a deeper truth—just as our bodies need food, our souls need Him. The people had followed Him because He provided for their physical needs, but Jesus wanted them to see that He offered something far greater. Earthly food sustains us for a while, but the nourishment He gives brings eternal life. #I_AM"

ኢየሱስም እንዲህ አላቸው። "የሕይወት እንጀራ እኔ ነኝ፤ ወደ እኔ የሚመጣ ከቶ አይራብም በእኔ የሚያምንም ሁልጊዜ ከቶ አይጠማም።" —ዮሐንስ 6:35

እርግጥ ነው፣ ምግብ ለሕይወት አስፈላጊ እንደሆነ ሁላችንም እናውቃለን። ያለ ምግብ እንዳክማለን፣ በመጨረሻም እንሞታለን። ኢየሱስ "እኔ የሕይወት እንጀራ ነኝ" ብሎ ከመናገሩ አንድ ቀን በፊት፣ ከአምስት ሺህ በላይ ሰዎችን በተአምር ዳቦን መግቧቸው፣ አካላዊ ረሃባቸውን አርክቶ ነበር፤ ነገር ግን እየሱስ እነዚህን ቃላት ሲናገር፣ ከአለማዊ እውነት ያለፈ ነገር እያወራ ነው—ልክ ሰውነታችን ምግብ እንደሚያስፈልገው ሁሉ፣ ነፍሳችንም እርሱ ያስፈልጋታል። ሰዎች የተከተሉት አካላዊ ፍላጎታቸውን ስላሟላላቸው ነበር፣ ነገር ግን ኢየሱስ ከዚህ እጅግ የላቀ ነገር እንደሚያቀርብላቸው እንዲገነዘቡ ይፈልግ ነበር። ምድራዊ እንጀራ ለተወሰነ ጊዜ ያቆየናል፣ ነገር ግን እርሱ የሚሰጠው እንጀራ የዘላለም ሕይወትን ይሰጣል። የነፍስሳችንን ረሃብ በእውነት ሊያረካ፣ በፍቅሩ፣ በእውነቱ እና በዘላለም ሕይወት ሊሞላን የሚችለው እርሱ ብቻ ነው። #እኔ_ነኝ
