🤗Dear TON FROGS holders! We are starting to implement our updated Roadmap, and our first step is to announce the creation of the TON FROGS FUND. TON FROGS FUND - is a joint fund between the holders and the TON FROGS team, with the goal of developing the collection. The key objectives of the fund are: 1.To provide TON FROGS holders with initial utilities through regular distribution of the fund's profits. 2.To maintain a positive growth dynamic of the collection's flora. 3.To increase advertising activity by using part of the fund's profits to collaborate with other collections. The principles and mechanics of the fund are: 1. An agreement has been reached with the service daolama.co, where the NFTs of our collection are already available to be pledged for a quick TON loan lasting from 1 to 2 weeks. The agreement includes that all TON FROGS collection NFTs left as collateral and not redeemed on the service will be purchased by the fund at a price of the loan given + 5%. After that, the NFTs will be exhibited by the fund on the market for a price of at least x2 of the purchase price. 2. If TON FROGS NFTs appear on the market at a price significantly lower than the average flora of the collection for the previous period (week/month), they will also be purchased by the fund from the market and listed for sale at a price no less than 50% higher than the purchase price. 3. Once a month, our team will provide a public report on the status of the fund, and the profit distribution will occur according to the following mechanism: - 30% of the profit will be distributed among fund participants proportionally to their participation. - 30% of the profit will be distributed among all TON FROGS holders proportionally to the number of TON FROGS NFTs in their wallet. - 40% of the profit will be used for advertising/collaborations with other collections, for buying $CAVI tokens at a favorable price, for replenishing the $CAVI token liquidity pool, and will also be kept in the fund for future purchases. The condition for receiving profit for all is to not list TON FROGS NFTs for sale, namely TON FROGS NFTs with the status "not for sale." 4. Any TON FROGS holder, provided they have TON FROGS FUND NFTs in their wallet, has the right to exchange any of their TON FROGS NFTs for NFTs from the fund. The mechanism and conditions for exchange will be disclosed in a separate message. These will always be win-win transactions. 5. One of the NFTs purchased periodically by the fund will be sent for a giveaway in collaboration with other projects on TON and beyond. The condition for participating in such drops will be to purchase TON FROGS NFTs during the giveaway period. 6. An additional bonus from the TON FROGS team! We have decided to make a one-time contribution of 1000 TON to the TON FROGS FUND, both at its creation and on a regular basis. From the moment of the fund's creation, we will direct 20% of the proceeds received from the purchase/sale of TON FROGS NFTs through marketplaces (today these are getgems and disintar, but there is a high probability that more will appear) to the fund! 5% of the proceeds from the next sales will also be directed to the fund! We are confident that the TON FROGS FUND and the proposed mechanics of its operation will have a positive impact on the development of the TON FROGS collection in the long term, and also allow all TON FROGS NFT holders to receive initial utilities.
