*Arteries* *Common Carotid Artery*  اللي بجهة اليمين Right common carotid artery came from innominant artery towards the subclevian joint and divids into Common carotid Artery and subclevian Artery اللي بجهة اليسار Come from arch of aorta  towards the subclevian and give common carotid الاتنين لما يحصلو الجزء العلوي من الثايرويد ينقسمو ل داخلي وخارجي الداخلي يمشي المخ مباشرة والخارجي بيدي الفروع بتاعت الوجه والعنق Branches of the External Carotid Artery ■■ Superior thyroid artery ■■ Ascending pharyngeal artery ■■ Lingual artery ■■ Facial artery ■■ Occipital artery ■■ Posterior auricular artery ■■ Superfcial temporal artery ■■ Maxillary artery *Arteries supply posterior triangle* *Third Part of the Subclavian Artery* extends from the lateral border of the scalenus anterior muscle  across the posterior triangle of the neck *Suprascapular artery* *Superfcial cervial artery*

*Internal JugularVein* The internal jugular vein is a large vein that receives blood from the brain, face, and neck بيعدي تحت ال sternocleidomastoid هو تجميعه من ال   sigmoid sinuses وال petrosal sinus داخل ال fromen lacrem يمشي جانب ال C.C.A يتحد مع ال subclevian Vein يعطي ال innominant vein

*Veins of the  Neck* *External JugularVein* The external jugular vein is formed behind the angle of the jaw by the union of the posterior auricular vein with the posterior division of the retromandibular vein. بيعدي فوق ال sternocleidomastoid *Tributaries* *Posterior external jugular vein*   from the back of the scalp *Transverse cervical vein*  from the skin and the fascia over the posterior triangle *Suprascapular vein*  from the back of the scapula *Anterior jugular vein*     near the midline اي قطع فيه يدخل الهواء ويصل القلب يعمل air embolism
