📢 Government Notifies ₹15,000 Wage Ceiling Under Social Security Code, 2020 The Ministry of Labour & Employment has issued a Gazette Notification dated 29 May 2026, notifying ₹15,000 per month as the wage ceiling for Chapter III (EPF Provisions) of the Code on Social Security, 2020. 📢 EPFO Officers Authorized Under the Code on Social Security, 2020 The Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, has issued a Gazette Notification dated 29 May 2026, authorizing key EPFO officials as Authorized Officers under Chapter III of the Code on Social Security, 2020. ✅ The following officers have been authorized: • Central Provident Fund Commissioner (CPFC) • Additional Central Provident Fund Commissioner • Regional Provident Fund Commissioner (RPFC) • Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC) What does this mean for employers?
