https://www.youtube.com/shorts/3WGygSnL9UA One Way To Learn Arabic for Busy Moms (Level A1) Reopening in August in shaa Allaah https://onewaytotarbiyah.podia.com/a1 Struggling with these letters? ح خ ع غ The funny thing is that you're probably already making these sounds in everyday life—you just never realized they have names in Arabic. 😄 ح – Like you're breathing warm air onto your glasses to clean them. خ – Like gently clearing your throat... but much softer. ع – Make the sound "A," but gently squeeze the middle of your throat as you say it. Or you know when the doctor puts that popsicle stick on the back of your tongue and you instinctively make that little gagging sound? 😅 That's the area we're aiming for—not the gagging, of course! غ – Think of a very gentle gargling sound. Sometimes, learning Arabic isn't about forcing your mouth to do something completely new. It's simply realizing that your mouth and throat already know how—you just need someone to point you in the right direction. 💡 A little note: These are all throat letters (حروف حلقية), so unlike most English sounds that mainly use your lips and tongue, these come from different parts of your throat. As you practice, you'll notice some of the muscles in your throat naturally engage. You're on the right track! 💡 Extra tip: Listen closely to native Arabic speakers and don't be afraid to imitate them. It might feel a little awkward at first (that's normal!), but that's exactly how we learn new sounds. The more you listen, imitate, and practice, the more natural these letters will become, in shaa Allaah. Allaah bless, protect, and reward Mustafa for his contribution 💙 Which of these four letters has always been the trickiest for you? 👇

The Missing Piece in Your Hifdh Journey Have you ever noticed how much easier it is to remember something when you actually understand it? It's the same with the Qur'aan. When we don't understand Arabic, memorization often depends on repeating the same verses over and over again. But as you begin learning the language, something starts to change. You recognise a word you've learned before. Then another. And another. Instead of every verse feeling completely new, you start seeing familiar vocabulary. And because you understand at least some of what's being recited, memorizing becomes so much easier. More importantly, it becomes so much more beautiful. You're no longer just memorizing words with your mind. You're memorizing meanings with your heart. Every verse begins to paint a picture. Every familiar word reminds you of something you've already learned. And little by little, your relationship with the Qur'aan becomes deeper. This is one of the reasons I always encourage sisters not to delay learning Arabic. You don't have to become fluent before benefiting from it. Even learning a little Arabic can completely change the way you read, memorize, and reflect upon the Book of Allaah. May Allaah make us from the people of the Qur'aan—those who recite it, understand it, reflect upon it, and live by it. https://www.instagram.com/p/Da3fZBwkTIm/?igsh=MWRzNzRvYXgwM3cxYw==

https://www.instagram.com/p/DaqOkOfTaXn/ You don't have to start from scratch! You already know these words. Pronouns: هُوَ (huwa) — he → Qul HUWAllaahu ahad ـهُ (-hu) — his/him → wa lam yakul-laHU kufuwan ahad ـكَ (-ka) — you/your → IyyaaKA na'budu wa iyyaaKA nasta'een Nouns you already know: اسْم (ism) — name → as in Bismillaah كِتَاب (kitaab) — book → like Kitaabullaah Let's learn how to use them... Save this reel so you can come back and practise these words later in shaa Allaah, and share it with others who thinks Arabic is too difficult. #LearnArabic #QuranArabic #ArabicForBeginners #BusyMoms #MuslimWomen #UnderstandTheQuran #ArabicLanguage #IslamicEducation #LearnQuran #OneWayToLearnArabic

https://www.instagram.com/p/DaifCqaiINx/?img_index=1 How many of these did you already know? 🎉 One of the things I love about learning a new language is discovering that you've actually known some of the vocabulary all along... you just never realized it. When I first started learning Arabic, moments like these made the language feel so much less intimidating. Instead of thinking, "I have to learn this set of new words!" I realized, "Wait... I already know some of these! Yay, alhamdulillaah!!!" Just a little note before anyone points it out... This post isn't saying that all of these words originated from Arabic. Language is fascinating, and many words have travelled through different languages over hundreds (sometimes thousands!) of years. The point of this post is simply to show you that you're probably already familiar with several Arabic words without even realizing it. And that's encouraging because every familiar word is one less word to have to memorize from scratch. I hope this little post encourages you in shaa Allaah. Learning Arabic isn't nearly as intimidating as many of us imagine—it often starts with discovering how much you already know. May Allaah accept everyone's humble efforts in learning Arabic for His sake.
