የሀዘን መግለጫ የማህበራችን አባል የሆኑት ፕሮፌሰር ንጉሴ ተበጀ (Fellow Engineer) ከዚህ አለም በሞት መለየት ማህበሩ የተሰማውን ጥልቅ ሀዘን እየገለጸእየገለጸን በማህበራችን ከ1990 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ማህበሩን በመመስረትና ከመደበኛ አባልነት እስከ የስራ አስፈፃሚ ቦርድ በመሆኑ ያገለገሉ ሲሆን ህይወታቸው እስካለፈበት ቀን ድረስ ማህበሩን ደከመኝ ሰለቸኝ ሳይሉ በዕውቀትና በገንዘብ ሲደግፉ የቆዩ ሲሆን የኢትዮጵያ ሲቪል መሐንዲሶች ማህበርም የተሰማውን ልባዊ ሐዘን እየገለፀ ነገ በቀን 14/05/2013 ዓ.ም ላይ በቅዱስ ዮሴፍ ቤተክርስትያን ከቀኑ 6፡00 በሚፈፀመው የቀብር ስነስርዓት ላይ በሚደረገው የሽኝት መርሃ ግብር ላይ የማህበሩ አባላት በመገኘት ሐዘናችሁን እንድትገልፁ እናሳውቃለን፡፡ ፕሮፌሰር ንጉሴ ተበጀ (Fellow Engineer) በታማኝነት እና በስነምግባር በሞያቸው አገራቸው ሲያገለግሉ የነበሩ መሆናቸውን ማህበሩ ይመሰክራል:: የኢትዮጵያ ሲቪል መሐንዲሶች ማህበር Condolence On behalf of the Ethiopian Association of Civil Engineers we want to express our deepest and most sincere condolences to the family and friends of Prof. Nigussie Tebeje (Fellow engineer) and EACE Community. October 26, 2020 Dear All: On behalf of the “ETHIOPIA2050 – Challenges and Opportunities” Initiative, we are very pleased to invite you to the ETHIOPIA2050 Blue Ribbon Panel Report Press Conference to be held through Zoom Virtual Platform on October 31, 2020 (4:00PM - 5:30PM - Addis Ababa Time). These recommendations were forwarded as a response to what were identified as “Ten Grand Challenges and Opportunities” associated with the generational and historical demographic shift we are experiencing now and that is expected to accelerate in the years ahead. ለፌዴራል ሰነዶች ማረጋጋጫ ኤጀንሲ ባለ25 ፎቅ ህንፃ ሊገነባ ነው በፌዴራል መንግስት ህንፃዎች ግንባታ ፅ/ቤትና በኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ስራዎች መካከል ስምምነት ተፈረመ በከተማ ልማትና ኮንስትራክሽን ሚኒስቴር የፌዴራል መንግስት ህንፃዎች ግንባታ ፅ/ቤት ለፌዴራል የሰነዶች ምዝገባና ማረጋገጫ ኤጀንሲየባለ25 ፎቅ ህንፃ ለመገንባት የሚያስችለውን ስምምነት ከኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ስራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን ጋር በዛሬው ዕለት ተፈራረመ፡፡ በፊርማ ስነስርዓቱ ላይ የተገኙት ክብርት ኢንጂነር አይሻ መሃመድ እንደገለፁት ኤጀንሲው የራሱ ህንፃ ያልነበረው በመሆኑ በየዓመቱ ለከፍተኛ የኪራይ ወጪ ሲዳረግ መቆየቱን ገልፀው የዓመታት ጥያቄው መመለሱን ተናግረዋል፡፡ የህንፃውን ግንባታ የሚያከናውነው የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ስራዎች ኮርፖሬሽንም ራሱን ሪፎርም በማድረግና አደረጃጃቱን በማስተካካል የተሻለ ተቋም መሆኑ በተለያዩ ፕሮጀክቶች አፈፃፀሙ ማስመስከሩንም የገለፁት ክብርት ሚኒስትሯ የኤጀንሲውን ህንፃም በጥራት፣ በታሰበለት ጊዜና ዋጋ ሰርቶ እንደሚያጠናቅቅ ያላቸውን እምነት ገልፀዋል፡፡ ይህን መሰል ፕሮጀክቶችን በአገር በቀል የኮንስትራክሽን ተቋማት ማሰራቱ የአገርን አቅም ከማሳደግ ባሻገር በውጭ የኮንስትራክሽን ድርጅቶች የሚቀርበውን አገርን የሚፈታተን ከፍተኛ ዋጋ በማረጋጋት በኩል ጉልህ ሚና እንዳለውም አስምረውበታል፡፡ ህንፃው ሜክሲኮ አደባባይ አካባቢ በ2ሺ 758 ካ.ሜ ቦታ ላይ በአንድ ቢሊየን 649 ሚሊየን 471ሺ613 ብር ወጪ የሚገነባ ሲሆን ግራውንዱን ጨምሮ ባለ25 ፎቅ ይኖሩታል፡፡ ከአራት ዓመታት ባነሰ ጊዜ እንደሚጠናቀቅም ተመልክቷል፡፡
