Pastor Chris Says ━━━━━━━━━━ What you listen to matters. If you listen to the Word of God that lifts your spirit, you’ll be lifted; your life will be improved. The Word of God is life and will keep you healthy if you give it attention as the scripture says. You have to learn to reject negative words and information that demean or condemn. Many naturally feel more comfortable with words that condemn them because they recognize their frailties. Such people live in fear continually because of their ignorance of the Word of God. As a child of God, you must be different; and learn and know the Word of God for yourself. The Lord Jesus said, “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32 NKJV). The Word of God is truth. Truth liberates you and brings you into the glorious liberty of the sons of God. Listen to the Word every day. Study the Bible. Study Rhapsody of Realities diligently and follow the Bible study guide that it provides. Fill your heart with the Word of God, and you’ll most certainly live an exciting and prosperous life. Joshua 1:8 NKJV says, “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” Be a master of the Word. Live in it twenty-four hours every day, and you’ll live a great life of success, glory and victory. PRAYER ━━━━━━━━ Dear Father, I thank you for the life-giving power of your Word. I reject negative and unwholesome information and fill my heart with your truths through consistent study and meditation. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES (Amharic) Saturday July 6th, 2024 (ቅዳሜ - ሰኔ 29 - 2016) ምን እንደምትሰሙ ማወቃችሁ አስፈላጊ ነው 📖 ════════  ልጄ ሆይ፥ ንግግሬን አድምጥ ወደ ቃሌም ጆሮህን አዘንብል። ከዓይንህ አታርቃት፥ በልብህም ውስጥ ጠብቃት። ለሚያገኙአት ሕይወት፥ ለሥጋቸውም ሁሉ ፈውስ ነውና። (ምሳሌ 4፥20-22) ፓስተር ክሪስ ━━━━━━━━━ የምትሰሙት ነገር እጅግ አስፈላጊ ነው። እየሰማችሁ ያላችሁት መንፈሳችሁን የሚያነቃቃውን የእግዚአብሔርን ቃል ከሆነ፣ ከፍ ትላላችሁ፤ ሕይወታችሁ የተሻሻለ ይሆናል። የእግዚአብሔር ቃል ሕይወት ነው፡ ቃሉ እንደሚናገረው ትኩረታችሁን እርሱ ላይ ካደረጋችሁ በጤንነት ይጠብቃችኋል። ውስጥን ዝቅ የሚያደርጉ ወይም ኩነኔን የተሞሉ መረጃዎችን ከመስማት መቆጠብን መማር አለባችሁ። ብዙዎች በተፈጥሯቸው ድክመቶቻቸውን ስለሚገነዘቡ በሚኮንኗቸው ቃላት የበለጠ ምቾት ይሰማቸዋል። እንደነዚህ ያሉት ሰዎች የእግዚአብሔርን ቃል ባለማወቃቸው ምክንያት፣ ያለማቋረጥ በፍርሃት ይኖራሉ። የእግዚአብሔር ልጅ እንደመሆናችሁ፣ የተለያችሁ መሆንን እና የእግዚአብሄርን ቃል ለግላችሁ መማርን እና ማወቅ አለባችሁ። ጌታ ኢየሱስም እንዲህ አለ፣ “እውነትንም ታውቃላችሁ እውነትም አርነት ያወጣችኋል አላቸው።” (ዮሐንስ 8፥32)። የእግዚአብሔር ቃል እውነት ነው። እውነት ነጻ ያወጣችኋል ከዚያም ለእግዚአብሔር ልጆች ወደ ሆነው ወደ ከበረው ነጻነት ያደርሳችኋል። ቃሉን በየቀኑ አዳምጡ። መጽሐፍ ቅዱስን አጥኑ። ራፕሶዲ ኦፍ ሪያሊቲስን በትጋት አጥኑ እንዲሁም በውስጡ የሚገኘውን የመጽሐፍ ቅዱስ ጥናት መመሪያ ተከተሉ። ልባችሁን በእግዚአብሔር ቃል ሙሉት እናም አስደሳች እና የበለጸገ ህይወትን በእርግጥም ትኖራላችሁ። ኢያሱ 1፥8 ሲናገር፣ “የዚህ ሕግ መጽሐፍ ከአፍህ አይለይ፥ ነገር ግን የተጻፈበትን ሁሉ ትጠብቅና ታደርግ ዘንድ በቀንም በሌሊትም አስበው፤ የዚያን ጊዜም መንገድህ ይቀናልሃል ይከናወንልሃልም።” ይላል። የቃሉ ጠበብት ወይም አዋቂ ሁኑ። በቀን ውስጥ በሃያ አራቱም ሰዓታት ውስጥ በእርሱ ስትኖሩ በስኬት፣ በክብር እና በድል የተሞላ ድንቅ ህይወትን ትመራላችሁ። ጸሎት ━━━━━━━━  ውድ አባት ሆይ፣ ሕይወት ሰጪ ስለሆንው የቃልህ ኃይል አመሰግንሃለሁ። አሉታዊ እና ጤናማ ያልሆነ መረጃን ቸል በማለት በፅኑ ጥናት እና ማሰላሰል ልቤን በአንተ እውነታዎች እሞላለሁ። ሀሳቤን፣ ቃላቶቼንና ድርጊቶቼን እያስተካከለ፣ ቃልህ በልቤ ውስጥ በጥበብ ሁሉ በመትረፍረፍ ይኖራል፣ በኢየሱስ ስም፣ አሜን። ለተጨማሪ ጥናት: መዝሙረ ዳዊት 119:105; መጽሀፈ ምሳሌ 4:20-22; ቆላስያስ 3:16 ━━━━━//━━━━━

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES Friday July 5th, 2024 “FEELING GOOD” DOESN’T MEAN BEING BLESSED 📖 ════════ For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh (Philippians 3:3). Pastor Chris Says ━━━━━━━━━━ I love the Word of God! It’s always so clear as to how we’re to live our lives, how to serve and worship the Lord. Ponder for a moment what we just read in our theme scripture. It says we’re the circumcision that worship God in the spirit and have no confidence in the flesh. In other words, our worship has nothing to do with “feelings” or the manifestations of the flesh. Some people sing certain songs that only make them “feel good,” and they think they’re being blessed. Any unscriptural song, no matter how good it makes you feel, doesn’t bring any improvement to your life. For example, the song “The power, the power, the Pentecostal power is still here today….” If you like, sing it and “shake” and think you’re being blessed; you’re not. The Bible doesn’t say anything about “Pentecostal power”; there’s no such thing as Pentecostal power. But a good number of Christians sing such songs because it makes them “feel good.” Feeling good and being blessed aren’t the same. When you’re blessed, your life is improved. You can feel good without your life being improved. Some go to church looking forward to music that makes them dance. So, they dance and dance until they’re drenched in sweat, thinking they’re praising God. Such dancing in the flesh may make you feel good; it doesn’t mean you’re blessed and that God accepts it. True worship is of the spirit and in the spirit, not in the flesh. Recall what we read in our theme verse. It parallels the words of the Lord Jesus in John 4:23, “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.” Notice the Master didn’t say, “The Father seeks those who will dance with all their might and sweat on the dance floor.” True worship is done according to the Word of God and by the Holy Spirit. So when you praise God, let your heart be attuned to Him. Offer to Him words that glorify His Name—words that are consistent with His person, His character and love, His grace, tender-mercies, holiness, righteousness and greatness. That’s what blesses you and brings transformation to your life. PRAYER ━━━━━━━━ Dear Father, I thank you for the privilege, blessing and opportunities to worship you in spirit and in truth, with a heart that is aligned with your Word and your will. What an honour it is to offer words of praise that glorify your Name; you’re the great King of all, the only true and righteous God. I love you now and always. Amen. RHAPSODY OF REALITIES (Amharic) Friday July 5th, 2024 (አርብ - ሰኔ 28 - 2016) "ጥሩ ስሜት" ተሰማቹህ ማለት ተባረካችሁ ማለት አይደለም 📖 ════════  እኛ በመንፈስ እግዚአብሔርን የምናመልክ በክርስቶስ ኢየሱስም የምንመካ በሥጋም የማንታመን እኛ የተገረዝን ነንና (ፊልጵስዩስ 3፡3)። ፓስተር ክሪስ ━━━━━━━━━ የእግዚአብሔርን ቃል እወደዋለው! ሕይወታችንን እንዴት መኖር እንዳለብን፥ ጌታን እንዴት ማገልገል እና ማምለክ እንዳለብን ሁልጊዜ ግልጽ ያደርግልናል። አሁን ያነበብነውን የመክፈቻ ጥቅሳችንን ለአፍታ አስቡት። እኛ በመንፈስ እግዚአብሔርን የምናመልክ በሥጋም የማንታመን እኛ የተገረዝን ነን ይላል። በሌላ አነጋገር አምልኳችን ከ "ስሜት" ወይም ከሥጋ ሁኔታ ጋር በምንም አይገናኝም። አንዳንድ ሰዎች "ጥሩ ስሜት" የሚሰጧቸውን መዝሙሮች ብቻ ይሰማሉ እናም እየተባረኩ እንደሆን ያስባሉ። ማንኛውም መጽሐፍ ቅዱሳዊ ያልሆኑ መዝሙሮች ምንም ያህል ጥሩ ስሜት ቢፈጥሩባችሁም በሕይወታችሁ ላይ ምንም አይነት እድገት አያመጡም። ለምሳሌ " ኃይሉ፣ ኃይሉ፣ የበዓለ ኀምሳ ኃይል ዛሬም በዚህ አለ . . ." የሚል መዝሙር ይሆናል። ወዳችሁት ከዘመራችሁ እና "ከተነካችሁ" እና እየተባረካችሁ እንደሆነ ካሰባችሁ፥ እንደዛ አይደለም። መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ ስለ "በዓለ ኀምሳ ኃይል" የሚናገረው ነገር የለም፤ የበዓለ ኀምሳ ኃይል የሚባል ነገር የለም። ነገር ግን ብዙ ቁጥር ያላቸው ክርስቲያኖች "ጥሩ ስሜት" ስለሚሰጣቸው እነዚህን መዝሙሮች ሊዘምሩ ይችላሉ። ጥሩ ስሜት መሰማት እና መባረክ አንድ አይነት አይደሉም። ስትባረኩ ሕይወታችሁ ወደ ተሻለ ይለወጣል። ሕይወታችሁ ሳይለወጥ ጥሩ ስሜት ሊሰማችሁ ይችላል። አንዳንዶች ቤተክርስቲያን ሲሄዱ የሚደንሱበትን ሙዚቃ ይጠብቃሉ። ስለዚህ እግዚአብሔርን ያመሰገኑ እየመሰላቸው በላብ እስኪጠመቁ ድረስ ይዘላሉ፥ ይዘላሉ። እንደዛ አይነት ጭፈራ ምናልባት ጥሩ ስሜት እንዲሰማችሁ ያደርግ ይሆናል፥ ይህ ግን እየተባረካችሁ እና እግዚአብሔር የሚቀበለው ነው ማለት አይደለም። እውነተኛ አምልኮ ከመንፈስ እና በመንፈስ ነው፤ በሥጋ አይደለም። በመክፈቻ ጥቅሳችንን ያነበብነውን አስታውሱ። በዮሐንስ 4:23 ላይ ጌታ ኢየሱስ ከተናገረው ጋር የሚመሳሰል ነው "ነገር ግን በእውነት የሚሰግዱ ለአብ በመንፈስና በእውነት የሚሰግዱበት ጊዜ ይመጣል አሁንም ሆኖአል፤ አብ ሊሰግዱለት እንደ እነዚህ ያሉትን ይሻልና።" ጌታ "አብ በኃይል እስኪያልባቸው የሚጨፈሩ ይሻል እንዳላለ" አስተውሉ። እውነተኛ አምልኮ የሚደረገው እንደ እግዚአብሔር ቃል እና በመንፈስ ቅዱስ ነው። ስለዚህ እግዚአብሔርን ስታመሰግኑ ልባችሁ በእርሱ ላይ ይሁን። ስሙን የሚያከብር ቃልን ተናገሩ ማለትም ከእርሱ ማንነት፣ ከባህሪው እና ከፍቅሩ እንዲሁም ከጸጋው፣ ከታላቅ ምህረቱ፣ ከቅድስናው፣ ከጽድቁ እና ከታላቅነቱ ጋር የሚመሳሰል ቃልን። የሚባርካችሁ እና በሕይወታችሁ ለውጥን የሚያመጣው ይህ ነው። ጸሎት ━━━━━━━━  ውድ አባት ሆይ፣ ከቃልህ እና ከፍቃድህ ጋር በሚጣጣም መልኩ በእውነት እና በመንፈስ እንዳመልክህ ስለሰጠኸን መብት፣ በረከት እና እድል አመሰግንሃለሁ። ስምህን የሚያመሰግን የምስጋና ቃል ማቅረብ እንዴት ያለ ክብር ነው። አንተ ከሁሉም በላይ ታላቅ ንጉስ ነህ፤ ብቸኛ እውነት እና ጻዲቅ እግዚአብሔር። አሁን እና ሁልጊዜ እወድሀለሁ። አሜን። ለተጨማሪ ጥናት: የዮሐንስ ወንጌል 4:23-24; መዝሙረ ዳዊት 95:6; ቆላስያስ 3:16; ዕብራውያን 13:15 ━━━━━//━━━━━
