#Update የ2016 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል መልቀቂያ ፈተና የኦንላይን ተፈታኞች መፈተኛ ይፋ ሆኗል፡፡ የ2016 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል ሀገር አቀፍ ፈተና በወረቀት እና በበይነ መረብ የሚሰጥ መሆኑ ይታወቃል፡፡ በዚህም በበይነ መረብ ፈተናውን የሚወስዱ ተፈታኞች ከዚህ በታች በተገለፀው አድራሻ ብቻ ፈተናውን እንደሚወስዱ የትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተናዎች አገልግሎት አሳውቋል፡፡ ስለሆነም ፈተናውን ከመውሰዳቸው በፊት ሁሉም ተፈታኞች በቂ ልምምድ ማድርግ አስፈላጊ በመሆኑም ከዛሬ ቅዳሜ ግንቦት 10/2016 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ የበይነ መረብ ተፈታኞች ባሉበት ሆነው ልምምድ ማድረግ የሚችሉ መሆኑ ተገልጿል፡፡ ተፈታኞች ልምምድ ለማድረግ ከዚህ በፊት ለክልል/ከተማ አስተዳደር የተላከውን የይለፍ ቃል እና ስም (User Name and Password) ከየትምህርት ቤቶቻቸው ማግኘት ይችላሉ፡፡ በዚሁ መሠረት መጀመሪያ ወደ መፈተኛ ሲሰተሙ እንደገቡ የማይረሱትን የግላቸውን የይለፍ ቃል የሚቀይሩ ይሆናል፡፡ ተፈታኞች ከተደለደሉበት ክለስተር ውጪ ሲሰትሙን መጠቀም እንደማይችሉ አገልግሎቱ አሳስቧል። (ፈተናው የሚሰጥበት አድራሻ እና ተፈታኞቹ የሚገኙበት ክልል/ከተማ አስተዳደር ከላይ ተያይዟል።) @Addis_News

❓❓እንዴት እናጥና🤔❓❓❓ በእነዚህ ምክሮች መሠረት የማስታወስ ችሎታችሁንና የትኩረት አቅማችሁን ታዳብራላችሁ። 📌 1. ቁርስና ጠቃሚ ምግቦች ሰውነታችን በአግባቡ ሥራውን እንዲሰራ ኃይል ያስፈልገዋል፤ አንጎላችን ደግሞ ትኩረት እንዲኖረውና የማስተዋል አቅማችን እንዲጨምር በቂ የሆነና ያልተቆራረጠ የኃይል አቅርቦት ይፈልጋል። ጥናቶች እንደሚያሳዩት ቁርሳቸውን ተመግበው ወደፈተና የሚገቡ ተማሪዎች የተሻለ ውጤት ያስመዘግባሉ። የተመጣጠነ ምግብ ተመግበው ለፈተና የሚቀርቡት ደግሞ የበለጠ የማስታወስና የማስተዋል አቅም ይኖራቸዋል። ስለዚህ ሁሌም ቢሆን ፈተና ያለባቸው ተማሪዎች እንደ የገብስ ገንፎ፣ ዳቦ፣ ሩዝና ድንች ያሉ በካርቦሃይድሬት የበለጸጉ ምግቦችን በቁርስ ሰዓት ተመግበው ቢወጡ ይመከራል። እርጎ፣ እንቁላል፣ አሳ፣ ጎመን፣ ቲማቲምና አቮካዶ ዓይነት ምግቦችም እጅጉን ጠቃሚ ናቸው። 📌 2. በጠዋት ወደ ጥናት መግባት ሁሌም ቢሆን ነገሮችን አስቀድሞ መጀመርን የመሰለ ነገር የለም። ለፈተናም ቢሆን ጥናት በጠዋት ተነስቶ መጀመር በፈተና ወቅት የተረጋጋ መንፈስ እንዲኖረን ይረዳል። ጠዋት ላይ ጭንቅላታችን እረፍት አድርጎ በአዲስ መንፈስ ሁሉንም ነገር ስለሚጀምር፤ በዚህ ሰዓት ማጥናት ውጤታማ ያደርጋል። በተለይ ደግሞ የክለሳ ጥናቶችን ለከሰዓት ማሸጋገር ተገቢ አይደለም። ጠዋት ጥናት የምንጀምርበትና የምናበቃበት ሰዓት ከፈተናው በፊት ባሉት ሁለት ወይም ሦስት ሳምንታት ውስጥ ተመሳሳይ ለማድረግ መሞከርም ውጤታማ ያደርጋል። 📌 3. ምን ላይ ትኩረት ማድረግ እንዳለባችሁ ወስኑ በመጀመሪያ ፈተናው የጽሁፍ ነው ወይስ የተግባር? ወይስ ቃለመጠይቅ ነው የሚለውን መለየት ወሳኝ ነው። ሁሉም ዓይነት ፈተናዎች የራሳቸው የሆነ የተለያየ አይነት አቀራረብ አላቸው። በምሳሌ አስደግፎ ማብራሪያ መስጠት የሚጠይቅ ዓይነት ፈተና ከሆነ ከዚህ በፊት የተሠሩ ፈተናዎችን እያመሳከሩ ጥቂት ቦታዎች ላይ በትኩረት መዘጋጀት። ምናልባት ፈተናው ምርጫ አልያም አጭር መልስ የሚፈልግ ዓይነት ከሆነ ቀለል ያለና አጠቃላይ መረጃዎችን ለመያዝ መሞከር። 📌 4. እቅድ ማዘጋጀት ምናልባት ነገሮችን ቦታ ቦታ ለማስያዝና እቅድ ለማውጣት የምናጠፋው ጊዜ የባከነ መስሎ ሊሰማን ይችላል። ነገር ግን እውነታው በተቃራኒው ነው። ምክንያቱም ምን ማጥናት እንዳለባችሁና መቼ ማጥናት እንዳለባችሁ እቅዳችሁ ይነግራችኋል። ከዚህ በተጨማሪም ምን ያክል እንደተጓዛችሁ ለመመዝገብና ለመከታተል ይረዳል። የትኞቹን ማስታወሻ ደብተሮች መቼ መመልከት እንዳለባችሁ፣ የትኞቹን መጻህፍት ለተጨማሪ ማብራሪያ እንደምትጠቀሙ እንዲሁም የፈተና ጥያቄዎችን መቼ መለማመድ እንዳለባችሁ በእቅድ ውስጥ ማስገባት ውጤታማ ያደርጋል። እዚህ ጋር መርሳት የሌለብን ለእረፍትና አካላዊ እንቅስቃሴም ቦታ መስጠት እንዳለብን ነው። 📌 5. ከፋፍሎ ማጥናት የክለሳ ጥናትን ከፋፍሎ ማካሄድን የመሰለ ነገር የለም። አንድ የትምህርት ዓይነት ላይ 10 ሰዓት ሙሉ ከማሳለፍ በየቀኑ አንድ ሰዓት በማጥናት በ10 ቀን መጨረስ ይበልጥ ውጤታማ ያደርጋል። ያጠናነውን ነገር ለማስታወስና በቀላሉ ለመሸምደድ ጭንቅላታችን ጊዜ ይፈልጋል። ከፋፍሎ ማጥናት ደግሞ ለዚህ ፍቱን መድሃኒት ነው። ከፋፍሎ ማጥናት እጅግ ውጤታማው መንገድ እንደሆነም በመላው ዓለም የተሰሩ የተለያዩ ጥናቶች ያለመክታሉ። 📌 6. ራሳችሁን ቶሎ ቶሎ ፈትኑ የሥነ አዕምሮ ጥናት ባለሙያዎች እንደሚሉት የማስታወስ ችሎታን ለማዳበርና በራስ መተማመናችንን ለመጨመር ራስን መፈተን ውጤታማ ያደርጋል። ከዚህ በተጨማሪ እየተዘጋጀንበት ያለነውን ጉዳይ በደንብ እንድናውቀው ከማድረጉ በተጨማሪ የረሳናቸው  የረሳናቸው አልያም የዘለልናቸው ርዕሶችን ለመለየት ይረዳናል። 📌 7. መምህር መሆን ከባዱን የክለሳና ራሳችሁን የመፈተን ሥራውን ካከናወናችሁ በኋላ ጓደኞቻችሁን ሰብሰብ አድርጋችሁ በጭንቅላታችሁ የሚመጣውን ነገር በሙሉ ንገሯቸው። ራሳችሁን በመምህር ቦታ አድርጋችሁ እውቀታችሁን ለማካፈል ሞክሩ። ምን ያህል እንደምታስታውሱ ለማወቅ ከመርዳቱ በተጨማሪ ጓደኞቻችሁንም ትጠቅሟቸዋላችሁ። 📌 8. ከተንቀሳቃሽ ስልካችሁ ራቅ በሉ ስልኮች በጣም ብዙ ጥቅም አላቸው። ነገር ግን በጥናት ወቅት ከጥቅማቸው ይልቅ ጉዳታቸው ነው የሚያመዝነው። በተለይ ደግሞ ማህበራዊ ሚዲያዎችን የምትጠቀሙ ከሆነ። ብዙ ጥናቶች እንዳረጋገጡት ብዙ ጊዜያቸውን ስልካቸው ላይ የሚያሳልፉ ተማሪዎች የትምህርት ውጤታቸው ሁሌም ቢሆን ዝቅ ያለ ነው። ብትችሉ ስልካችሁን አጠገባችሁ እንኳን አታድርጉት። 📌 9. ሙዚቃ መቀነስና በጸጥታ ማንበብ በጸጥታ ውስጥ ሆነው ጥናታቸውን የሚያከናወኑ ተማሪዎች ሙዚቃ እየሰሙ ከሚያጠኑት ጋር ሲወዳደሩ በእጅጉ የተሻለ የማስታወስና የትኩረት አቅም እንዳለቸው ማረጋገጥ ተችሏል። 📌 10. ቋሚ እረፍትና አካላዊ እንቅስቃሴ ውጤታማ የክለሳ ጥናት ማለት እረፍት አልባ ጥናት ማለት አይደለም። በጥናታችን መሀል መሀል ላይ ጥሩ አየር ለማግኘትና ሰውነታችንን ለማፍታታት ወጣ ብሎ እንቅስቃሴ ማድረግ የማስታወስ ችሎታችንን በደንብ ከፍ ያደርገዋል። ከዚህ በተጨማሪ ሰውነታችን እና ጭንቅላታችን በእጅጉ የተሳሰሩ በመሆናቸው እንቅስቃሴ ስናደርግ የደም ዝውውራችን ይስተካከላል፤ ይህ ደግሞ በቂ ኦክስጅን ወደ ጭንቅላታችን እንዲሄድ ይረዳል። አካላዊ እንቅስቃሴ ማድረግ ተዘርዝሮ የማያልቅ ጥቅሞች ያሉት ሲሆን ጭንቀትን መከላከልና በራስ መተማመንን መጨመር ከነዚህ መካከል ይጠቀሳሉ። 📌   11. እንቅልፍ ከፈተና በፊት ያለችውን ምሽት ጥሩ እንቅልፍ አግኝቶ ማሳለፍ ተገቢ እንደሆነ ብዙዎች ይስማማሉ። ነገር ግን ጥሩ እንቅልፍ ፈተናው ሲቃረብ ብቻ ሳይሆን ከሳምንታት በፊት ገና ዋናው ጥናት ሲደረግና ክለሳ በሚደረግበት ወቅትም እጅግ ወሳኝ ነው። ✅በጠዋት ተነስቶ ውጤታማ የክለሳ ጥናት ካደረጉ በኋላ በጊዜ ተኝቶ ጥሩ እንቅልፍ ማግኘት ሰውነታችንና ጭንቅላታችን በደንብ ተግባብተው እንዲሰሩ ይረዳቸዋል። ሌሊቱን በሙሉ ለማጥናት ሙከራ አታድርጉ ይላሉ የዘርፉ ባለሙያዎች። ምክንያቱም ራሳችን ላይ ጫና እያሳደርን ስለሆነ። 👍እስካሁን የተዘረዘሩትን ነገሮች ሁሉ ተግባራዊ ካደረጋችሁ ምንም የሚያሳስባችሁ ነገር ሊኖር አይገባም። ┈┈┈••✦✦••┈┈┈ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 🍁 Join : @Aksipspg 🍁 Join : @Aksipspg ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖          ┈┈┈••✦✦••┈┈┈
