I chose to be selfish for a couple of minutes once and it messed up my whole being forever.

Their judgment was like a punch thrown to my ribs, knocking the breath out of me.
The disgust in their eyes was like a whiplash coming down on my back.
Their words of disrespect were like dozens of slaps rushing to get to my face.

How deep is the anger

I feel for these people!
Over thinking might actually affect you physically, I was thinking about something for a couple of days now and that ended up in me having the greatest headache in existence.
I took pills but they didn't help🙄
Someone bugged me into talking about it today so I gave up and spat it out and surprisingly my head was okay in the next few seconds.
Asking for advices and opening up at times won't hurt.

INSECURITY
The most overwhelming emotions one could ever experience.
I've always been the one to say
"I'd rather die before I break a promise"🙄
But in believing so I have made lots of destructions in life which I am unable to mend, know what you're promising for before you decide on your emotional health ahead of you😊
