🧲 Liquidity is the ability to buy or sell an asset without causing a sharp change in price. In practice, it’s the resting orders sitting in the market: stop losses, limit buys, limit sells. These orders are the fuel — without them, no trend, no breakout, no market can exist.
↗️ When liquidity is high, price moves smoothly, spreads stay tight, and execution is efficient.
📉 When liquidity is low, the opposite happens: spreads widen, slippage increases, and even small trades can cause sharp spikes.
