🌟 ORAL HYPOGLYCEMIC DRUGS - Dosing in CKD
🔸️As per latest recommendations Dapagliflozin can be initiated at eGFR > 20 and continued till RRT.
Also pioglitazone doesn't require dose adjustment for any stage of CKD.
