Mortgage rates in the US are still trending higher, with the 30 year fixed-rate now hitting 8% The rate inversion is narrowing slightly as long-term rates rise faster than the short-term rates. Something has to break: either real estate prices go back down, or rates go back down, or inflation rips higher making current real estate and interest rates look more affordable. Each of the above scenarios are super bullish for Silver and gold. Inflation seems to be the most probable outcome as the US and most other countries on earth struggle to pay overwhelming debt obligations. @SilverStackerSS
