Usually in 3rd world countries. A lot of buildings have solar panels or gas generators. When I go to Haiti this is how they get most of their energy, and it’s the same in most 3rd world countries because the power grid is so ass. So Israel cutting the power does affect Gaza of course, but not to the extent that a power cut would affect people in the U.S
