ሰ/መ/ቁ. 203888 የካቲት 29 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም #Insurance_Law #Third_Party_Insurance የአዋጅ ቁጥር 799/2005 አንቀጽ 16(1)(ሀ) እና (ለ) ላይ በሠው ላይ ለሚደርስ የአካል ጉዳት ወይም ሞት የኃላፊነት ጣሪያው በተጎጂው ሠው ቁጥር ልክ መሆኑ በሕጉ በግልጽ ተመልክቶ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 799/2005 አንቀጽ 16(1)(ሐ) መሠረት በንብረት ላይ ለሚደርስ ኪሣራ ግን የኃላፊነት ጣሪያው ከብር 100,000.00 ያልበለጠ ተብሎ መደንገጉ፤ ጉዳት በንብረት ላይ በሚደርስ ጊዜ ጉዳት የደረሠባቸው የባለንብረቶች ቁጥር ግምት ውስጥ ሳይገባ በጠቅላላው አንድ ጊዜ ለተከሠተ አደጋ በንብረት ላይ ለሚደርስ ኪሣራ የተገለጸ ጣሪያ መሆኑን መረዳት ይቻላል፡፡
