iPhone 6s (iOS 15.8, Dopamine Jailbreak) - Keyboard raised too high with GesturesXV
Hi everyone,
I'm currently using an iPhone 6s running iOS 15.8, jailbroken with Dopamine. I installed GesturesXV to get modern gesture navigation, but the issue is that the keyboard is pushed up way too high, leaving a large, awkward gap at the bottom that doesn't look right on my screen.
I've already tried using other tweaks like Trim to dock it back down, but unfortunately, it didn't work (likely due to rootless compatibility or iOS 15 architecture).
Is there any way to keep the swipe gestures while forcing the keyboard to stay at its original, lower position? Or are there any rootless-compatible tweaks/workarounds to fix this bottom gap on iOS 15?

when checkm8 was released the community was extremely excited, and jailbreak tools etc was released. usbliter8 is basically checkm8 type exploit but for a12 and 13 (i think?) and i’m not seeing any posts or development about it at all, even though the exploit is still new. am i missing something? is it not possible to get a jailbreak or a downgrade from this? thanks for your answers

I tried to tether downgrade my iphone 6 to iOS 8.4.1 using semaphorin. It gave me a panic: we are hanging here error the third time it prompted me to enter DFU.
It was originally on its latest iOS
Any ideas why this happened?

| 9 | Is there really still no way to access data from an Ipad 4 thats been locked??
Years ago my toddler accidentally locked us forever out of our ipad 4 (A1458). I don't even remember the log in info at this point. We never backed it up with icloud sadly. So it's sat in a closet for years with the hope that someday, I'd be able to extract photos/videos of my kids learning to walk etc.
It frustrates me to no end that Apple would even make this a feature.
I've got no experience with jailbreaking. I'm average when it comes to tech in general.
Is there no way to access these files? I don't even care about anything else on the ipad? just being able to get the media files would make my year.
I tried google, chat gpt, apple forums, etc... so here I am.

| 13 | Hi, what can I do with iPhone Xr?
Hi. I don't know anything about sideloading or jailbreak and stuff. I'm using my Xr (64gb, iOS 18.7.1) as my main phone and it works still so good, only the battery sucks, game performance sucks "a little" (because it can surprisingly open ZZZ even though lags and crashes in some places), and phone lags often in general. Can I do anything fun or cool to my iPhone Xr? Anything would work honestly. Cool customization, weird OS changes, downgrading for better performance and faster phone, new apps or whatever. I don't know anything about these. Like I said, it's my primary phone and I don't want to lose any access to it, or my bank apps, or the apps and games in general (not that I have much space for apps and games but whatever). I also don't want to get any viruses 🥺
And if possible could someone help me make them too when I decide what to do?

| 15 | 'Return YouTube Dislike' tweak crashes my app
My YouTube app started crashes lately, in every time I watch a Short video.. After removing this tweak, the app worked without any problem and stopped crashing.
Is there any solution or alternative for this tweak?

I just found my iPad 12.9 5th gen that I only ever used once and it has 16.3.1. I haven't follow the modding scene in a bit so im out of the loop. I seen that I can use dopamine for my os. It seems like its a type where if the device turns off I have to reload the jailbreak.
Anyway is there a Ideal firmware to have to then jailbreak from. Like should I upgrade to 17.1 for the other version or another type of jailbreak entirely? Is that even possible anymore? Just looking to know whats best for me to do.

I bought this iPad in December and i updated it from iOS 18.3 to 18.7.8 because 18.3 was a bit unstable.
Now I'm undecided whether to update to iOS 26 or stick with iOS 18 for a while, even though looking at the Liquid Glass doesn't look that bad. Should I wait for iOS 27?, Also, it's getting older over time, and within a year, some apps won't work anymore...
