Please expect future updates. • Devices with sales codes AIS, THL, TRM, DSH, and DSA will not be supported in the Unlock MDM (Completed) operation. For these devices, use the Bypass MDM (Mar. 2026) operation. • Starting with the A17 and S26 series models, Samsung introduced the new KnoxGuard v3.0, which introduces critical changes to the KG device concept. It features an enhanced security mechanism (called HLM) that can disable the camera and limit CPU and RAM speeds if the device has been designated as a financial device and is in KG Locked mode. 🐙 What does this mean for end users? If HLM mode is enabled, even after performing the Bypass MDM operation, the camera will not function. You will be notified of this during the operation. To remove these restrictions, you will need to pay a monthly fee for the device to switch it to KG Active. Only then will the restrictions be lifted, and you can perform the operation to obtain a fully functional device. 🐙 How do I know if my device has HLM mode enabled? This only applies to the A17 and S26 models, and all subsequent models designated as financial devices.
