We went for a walk through the park and Todd mentioned that "White Australia never existed, that it was a myth". He said this at the very spot where you can see me pointing. I stopped, pointed at the building infront of us and told him: "That's the building where the White Australia Policy was signed, the Immigration restriction act of 1901". He was dumbfounded, it felt like a beautiful synchronicity.

I was found guilty on causation grounds, my barristers argument was that I was invited to add to the discussion and my words offended the “gay” “Christian’s” and they disturbed themselves. The judges finding agrees with this argument but found my words caused them to disturb themselves. The only way I could receive legal aid was to run with this defence.
